I have reached out to this company…

I have reached out to this company numerous times through the link provided on the website I have yet to receive an email or call or any kind of response at all. I asked to have my order canceled due to this inconvenience and lack of communication like there's literally no phone number to call meanwhile consumers are spending hundreds of dollars. I'll never shop here again and I will definitely be contacting Clark Howell of our local news in Atlanta Ga to help make sure no one else is scammed.

Unfortunately, we found no record of any email requests from you requesting a cancellation for your order. I see that you placed your order on Sunday, 8/23 and it was delivered to you via UPS with tracking ID 1Z05Y4F90390436813 on Saturday, 8/29.

Per our policy, all cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours, but they usually get taken care of within a few hours. Assuming we didn’t really care to offer our customers a top-notch customer service experience, there would still be no benefit for us to ignore a cancellation request. A cancellation is an easier procedure for us to follow, and it's also less of a monetary risk in comparison to that of a return.

One reason for this is the fact that shipping a computer bundle like the one you ordered has an increased chance of being damaged while in transit with UPS both from and back to our location. I can assure you that this is not a risk we’d choose to take as it’s not the most cost-effective process.

When you received your tracking information update email, I see that you replied to that email. This was our first record of email communication with you. You notified us that you didn’t choose to leave a message on the Voice Messaging Service we provide, since it is hosted on the Google Voice platform which you perceived as bogus.

Google voice is actually a very reputable and dependable service accessed by over 3 million users. All messages left on our Google Voice number are returned within 24 hours which definitely would’ve been sufficient enough of a time frame for us to cancel your order had you left us a message.

Our WAHEP greeting instructions are extremely thorough and explain the information needed to receive a call from technical support or customer service regarding any issue with an order. This service is offered specifically for those who prefer not to email and wish to receive a phone call back from us. I do see that you called us 3 times on 8/25, however you left no message unfortunately. Since we’re a small business, we try to keep costs down whenever we can. This service allows us to do that. Calls are rarely returned any later than 1 to 2 hours of our customers leaving us a message but will definitely be returned no later than 24 hours.

Trust that there will be no need to contact your local news in Atlanta. Any company that’s involved in a scam (a dishonest scheme; a fraud, swindle) of any kind, wouldn’t have a shipping label generated within 2 days of your order as we did (which you can view with your tracking number).

In conclusion, it seems that your initial reason for attempting to contact us was to cancel your order so I don’t think it’s fair or accurate to say that you “asked to cancel your order due to this inconvenience and lack of communication.” In any case, I see that our Order Management Team has already emailed you to provide you with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 1-3 days of receipt of a return.

All things considered, we still appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you.

If there was a possibility to leave no…

If there was a possibility to leave no star that would be what this company deserves. I bought a computer (refurbished) with the dual monitors. It took forever for them to ship it out. Then when I got the computer it was not what I bought. I bought an I5 and of course it was an I3. Attempted to email them about being the wrong computer, I got no response at all. I emailed them again still no response. I bought this on the quad pay. I will be calling my credit card company and trying to stop the payments. This company has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Buyer Beware.... You won't get the merchandise that you ordered and they will not contact you back.

WAHEP can appreciate the point of view you must have had while writing this review, however as the manager of the Customer Satisfaction Team, I’d like to point out a few key pieces of information that you should consider regarding your review.

“It took forever for them to ship it out” ~ Please note that in our shipping policy we ask that you allow up to 5 days for your order to ship. https://wahep.com/shipping-policy/ Also be advised that your order was placed on Monday, Dec 9th at 6:16 pm when WAHEP was closed for the day. That being said, your order was actually received by us on Tuesday, Dec 10th. Shipping times were slower than normal in December due to the Christmas holiday, but your order was shipped via FedEx on Saturday, December 14th. This was still within the timeframe of our shipping policy.

“it was not what I bought. I bought an I5 and of course it was an I3.” ~ Had you contacted us, we certainly would have processed an exchange for you with no questions asked. We’re not exempt from making mistakes, but we correct them quickly whenever we’re made aware of them. It is, however, unclear to us how you were able to pass the technical check required for the client you were working for with an i3 computer since the system auto checks computer specs before you can begin working for them and they require an i5.

“I got no response at all. I emailed them again still no response” ~ WAHEP takes customer service very seriously and does not ignore ANY emails. There is simply no reason to. We don’t conduct business in that way. We take great pride in our customer service, so this portion of your review caused an immediate investigation. The investigation revealed that there is an ongoing issue with the routing of outgoing AND incoming emails made through your email provider, charter.net. These routing issues make it appear that receivers are not answering emails, however, your emails are simply not being delivered by your specific email provider. We have not received complaints like this from customers that use ANY other email providers.

We suggest using a different email provider when making important emails to us because it is not certain that we will receive it. If we do receive it, it is not certain that you will then receive our reply. this company is fraudulent and they scam me out of my money I ordered it and it still has not shown up when I called the customer service number it sent me straight to voicemail to a Jello company and then I called the affirm number that was on the website and they don't even know who the company is so I am going to start the process of legal ramifications because this is messed up and I'm calling the better business bureau today

I am rating 3 stars for average due to there was no way to track the package and there was no estimation given on when the package would be shipped or received, for example.... package should arrived within 5-7 days. The ordered was placed on Tuesday and received on the following Monday which was not bad. The package wasn't securely sealed. The tape was not completely adhered to the box. I would like to see a tracking process put into place, that would be great. Thank you!

I ordered a computer bundle for working…

I ordered a computer bundle for working from homes I was directed to them by Arise Virtual Solution. I made my purchase Feb 21 2019 and received it in March 2019. When I received my computer it didn’t pass PC scan and come to find out they sent me the wrong computer. I contacted them and they corrected it at no charge. Now I have an even bigger problem because they sent me a refurbished computer with Windows Vista with a 64bit Windows 10 upgrade. My computer that I had the first time they sent me was HD, both my screens worked for dual monitors. Which is what I ordered. Now the hard Drive they sent me does neither. It doesn’t even pass. They sent me a wifi adapter that I can’t even use because the CD was broken inside the package. I’ve called them, sent them messages and no on is contacting me now. Today I get on the computer and it says I need to restart and update my Drive. I do that and now my monitors doesn’t even work. This company is fraudulent. I’m very upset because I spent $400 so I can start my job from home and haven’t started yet due to these issues. I wouldn’t suggest this company to no one.

Wash, Sanitize, Repeat...BEGGING for Communication Regarding Damaged Goods

In response to WAHEP's reply, I appreciate how willing you 'sound' to make things right. Although, I have absolutely reached out to you guys on numerous occasions and still have yet to hear back from anyone about rectifying this issue. Today is June 13, 2019..... Still waiting....

We didn't encounter any issues with the website(WAHEP.com), or the ordering process, which was very simple and straight forward. Shipping time was decent. Ordered on Tuesday, April 30th and was delivered the afternoon of Tuesday, May 7th. Packaging was partially opened. My guess, probably due to using a single strip of packing tape to keep the top of the box closed. All items, of course including all cables, were packed between large pieces of foam and bubble wrap. As we began to unpack(everything in one large box), we ran into our first problem. One of the two monitor stands/base is broken. The brake in the plastic is not something you can just cover and not notice. The base is completely unable to support the weight of the monitor. Pretty sure it might have been caused by not being removed and packed separate from the monitor, as the other set (monitor/base) was packed(and not damaged). Next, it was almost immediately, that both of us noticed how nasty and dirty everything was. By no means were we expecting to pull out a brand new looking computer and two shiny, new monitors. We purchased 'used' and expected 'used', but this stuff was sticky, greasy, had bits of old sticker glue on the screens. A few cables were so gross, I didn't want to touch them with my bare hands. One of those cables, looked like a hood vent that hadn't been wiped down in years and is covered with that real nasty and sticky dust, from all the grease that rises off the stove when cooking. This cable was flat out disgusting. Yellow/brown/gray before I cleaned it and after, it was almost completely white.
We were not expecting perfection, but DAMN...really??! Any amount of effort would have made a world of a difference.
Anyway, after spending too much of our time cleaning it, we moved on to setting it all up and getting it turned on. It started up fine and the computer system seems to be working as it should. Of the two monitors, the one with the broken base/stand has an issue with the color/graphics, causing everything to look slightly blurry. We've gone through all settings, including on the computer system and manually using the buttons on the bottom of the screen itself. We made sure the settings matched the other screen and then when it still looked like crap we adjusted many different ways and nothing resolves it. I will be calling and requesting a different monitor and base.
As I said at the beginning, we were not expecting 'shiny new'. So, as long as the one monitor and base is replaced, the only big issue would be the cleanliness of the product. Otherwise, it's a perfect starter setup for those of us running low on funds while getting started.

Terrible timing order status

Terrible timing, nobody to contact or talk to about the status or the package bundle deals. Why does it take so long they told me 5 days delivery and I still have not received my order from 4/28 when I ordered. You need to restructure your customer service hours and response time!

I purchased a computer from the wahep…

I purchased a computer from the wahep website to work at home for Andvaris and never received any shipping info. I sent an email and never received a response. I had to contact Antoni directly to get the tracking info. When I got the computer and completed the Technical Check, everything passed except for the CPU. It was rather frustrating. I am waiting for the information to return the computer.
