The website was easy to use and comprehend. I'm patiently waiting for my computer to arrive. I'm anxious to start my call center business. Exciting!!

First and foremost the chat link is not the best option to reach a representative. The ordering process was simple although I filled out the online form to get someone to contact me to make sure what I was ordering was the best equipment. No one ever contacted me. I later just ordered the equipment myself although I never received an estimated delivery date when I will receive my equipment.
The process was stressful and confusing because I couldn't reach no one and you definitely can't get anyone by phone
Your company should have representatives to make sure customers are comfortable and receive what is being ordered.

I tried to call about an order I had placed and every time I called no one answered. I even sent an email and hadn’t received a response. I was suppose to start working but because I haven’t received my dial pad it pushes back my start date. Not only does this mess things up for my finances but I feel like I’ve been cheated out of my money.

horrible customer service. i have reached out 3 times about my order with no responses.

I have 5 stars for the service and equipment but I would have liked more communication regarding delivery. Thank you

Excellent computer for an excellent price

Order an item and put in old address, I then changed the address on a page that supposed to default at check out. That actually said it did,but didn't. Needless to say it went still went to the old address. Customer service said we will take care of it and get your order to you....nothing was ever done to get the item to me or a refund

The process was quick and easy and very fast turn around time when I received the items order.

My only complaint is lack of tracking for shipments. I can email but their isnt an answer guarnteed

Excellent, I would recommend this company to anyone.

The cpu works and it meet requirements, but it had paint marks and scratches, and it was missing a part the dvi to vga converter.

Just as promised; on time and in excellent condition.

Have attempted to reach out to the company on several occasions to get detailed information regarding returning defective equipment and have yet to contacted.

Easy to order and received product relatively quickly. It is exactly what we needed.

I haven't started my course yet for Arise, but I am enjoying my equipment. I haven't had any problems with it and it is well worth it. It didn't take long to get here Thank you again.
