I am satisfied with all my needs being met.

I ordered 8 gb of ram and he called and said he didn't have one with 8 in stock only 6 and he offered to refund my 25.00. I was already upset because I received the tracking number saying it had been shipped already. So I said since you lied about when you shipped why don't you just keep the money and send it rush because I need it now. He agreed. Well as you must have guess he lied again. He didn't send it rush I am getting it a day later than the original tracking said. I have sent several emails and a voice mail and no response. It appears they can't be counted on to tell you the truth or hav the products they advertise.

I received my computer in a timely manner and so far everything seems to be good with the computer.

The only reason for not giving it 5 stars so far is because I have only had it less than 24 hours! It did not come with set up instructions. However, I am very familiar with computers, so I did not need any help. First turning on the screen the power button acted like it did not want to work. After a few times pushing it on, it then proceeded to work just fine. As I was working last night the tower fan was very loud but I nudged it with my foot and it did stop after about 20 minutes. So far I am really pleased with the look and the performance of the computer I have purchased. The guys at WAHEP worked very efficiently to have my computer shipped out in a VERY timely manner! So way to go guys! So far its amazing and I hope that it does continue to work fine!

I felt the email response time was a bit slow to keep me updated on my issues.

My experience with WAHEP has been a good experience. I received my PC sooner than I thought. Currently, I cannot get the system to boot up properly, I don't think it is WAHEP's problem, I think it is something I did not do or something I have done. I think WAHEP should include instructions on the setup of the PC. I was not aware there was a DVD in the drive. The experience was good. I will probably need to take this system in to see what was it I did not or did do.
