Initially Disappointed...Now satisfied with the final outcome

Update...Wahep has gotten in touch with me & sent a replacement keyboard.

I still hate that my computer isn’t Bluetooth...however...it’s refurbished and works pretty good so far. I can’t remember the guy’s name who called me, but he was great! Thanks Wahep/Andvaris

I have been trying to contact Wahep customer service/support for 3 days to inform that the computer they had delivered to me on 1/18/2019, came with a faulty keyboard. I am not able to use all keys of the alphabet.
When I call...I only get a voicemail to leave a message. I’ve attempted to chat twice. No one has responded to my chat or email messages. I will not be ordering from this company EVER again.

Beware USPS

Initially, I thought that WAHEP had screwed up my order because it took so long (like AFTER WAHEP requested my review rating). However, I finally found my order in my mailbox.

WAHEP emailed me that my order had been shipped last week on Friday. It arrived, today, on Thursday. That, apparently, is the new definition for 2-day Priority Mail delivery by our beloved U.S. Postal Service!

WAHEP did nothing wrong. Words cannot express my disappointment with the USPS.

Issues with ordering and trying to get…

Issues with ordering and trying to get verified through Affirm. Contacted them and they were no help at all. FINALLY got what i needed through Progressive Leasing.
