We were good tenants for 16.5 years with this agent. We had two different apartments with them. We got given an eviction in January as the landlord was selling up after we was originally told it would be sold as tenant in situ. They promised to help us but they never did. This isn't all it took forever to get any jobs done when they needed doing and we was forced to live with mould that we couldn't reach this contributed to chest infections. The jobs that we waited two years for never got done. We would never return to using this company even if they were the last lettings agent on earth. At first when the original company owner was running it things were great and we always got respected unfortunately things went downhill when she sadly passed away and it was left in the sons hands. Edited lying bustards it's been put back up for rent with no evidence of work been done.

I'm on my second rental property with Walton & Allen. Annie has looked after us well in both locations. Only a couple of small issues but Annie resolved them speedily. Hassle free and excellent service. Double thumbs up.

Inefficient, dont seem interested in selling their property. Called multiple times, and sales team were either in a meeting or on lunch. Promised to get back to me but never did. Hopeless. If you want to sell your property, this is definitely not the place to go.

W&A look after my rental property as really helped me out when I had a tenant issue. Both Joe & Annie provided me with a paper trail of emails between them and the tenant. This allowed me to use this as evidence against the tenant and the outcome was very favourable for me.

My friend had a very unfortunate experience. The house's problems have not been solved. I'm writing it here so that no one will be disturbed. No one should sign a contract with this institution.
