I am a service consultant and have…

I am a service consultant and have dealt with Revolos for the first time in my 30 year career. The reps on the phone i dealt with were extremely helpful and polite. They did everything they could to expedite an authorization for a $2700 repair for a customer traveling through who was stuck here. They actually were helping and approved the claim. Good job.

Don't waste your money!

Don't waste your money!! I purchased my 2014 Chevy Silverado with twenty inch tires on it. The bank sold me a "bumper-to-bumper warranty" after having me list all the modifications to the truck (to prove it was worth what I was asking for), so I know that there is ample evidence that I purchased the truck with 20 inch tires on it. Now Revolos says this truck comes with 18 inch tires stock and refuses to pay for anything that could possibly be tied back to the tires. I will never support the bank or Revolos in the future.

Won’t fix dangerous, covered defect

My travel trailer has a defective axle which is causing the tires to bow in, creating a dangerous situation. Axle problems are clearly covered in the warranty I have, but my claim has been denied because the ‘axle hasn’t yet failed’. Perhaps if I continue to use the trailer and the axle fails causing a major accident, the claim would be considered? Terrible company!

BUYERS BEWARE-if you cancel your policy…

BUYERS BEWARE-if you cancel your policy before the end of the extended warranty, not only will you have paid for the warranty charges to date, but Revolos ALSO withdraws ALL CLAIMS PAID OUT from your refund check. DOUBLE DIPPING. This is not normal, and completely screwed up. Essentially my 2 years with Revolos costed me MORE than if I didn't have a warranty at all. Also, important to note: I purchased the best policy they offer and only got about 40% of items covered by them over the 2 years I had my car. Beyond disappointed with this company. Have used several others in the past and would choose any other company over this one.

BANKRUPTCY ???

Note, through mid 2018, all stellar reviews. Since that time all horribly negative!! My take on it is they are closing in on BANKRUPTCY and extended warranties from Revolos or Interstate National Dealer Services should not be purchased going forward. My denied claim was for a failed airbag module assembly that was clearly highlighted, word for word, in their marketing brochure as fully covered but was denied when I submitted my claim. Two (2) local Dealer Managers fully agreed with me but the claim was denied by a low level clerk claims rep who knew nothing about cars....a clear example of how their system works....deny everything over $2000. Try to fight the battle and the word ARBITRATION comes up, only for you to file a non-refundable $200 to file. Two very important e-mails from me to Deirdre White went unanswered as an example of how rude their legal rep is and how she and her company operates....shamefully!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!

Great company and they covered everything. These people that cry about a brake line or a battery not being covered well duh. That stuff is not covered on a brand new car. These guys paid the dealership without any issues

Not bad but horrible

Not bad but horrible. Had a warranty on a 2016 Fusion. They said the engine had to be pulled to check it. After hours of labor at the dealer. Revolos said it wasn't covered. I have to pay labor AND have a car that doesn't run. You would think REVOLOV would have let us know it was our responsibility. Before you buy an extended warranty on a car, make sure the company is not REVOLOS. Dealers, if you use a warranty company, make sure to get a good one, not REVOLOS.

STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!! I purchased an extended warranty through this company and am appalled at how poorly they handle their claims. They were extremely difficult to work with or obtain answers from. Nobody seemed to know anything over there, regardless of who I spoke with. I brought my car into the only shop I trust to work on my care, which is fairly rare. It is a 2006 Pontiac GTO. This shop is known country-wide in the GTO community for their knowledge and expertise along with their reasonable prices. The shop diagnosed the car as having a differential problem, which per GM's dealerships, can only be replaced with a whole entire differential unit. The cost of the new differential is approximately $3,000. I personally contacted 3 dealerships to confirm this being true and it is. This warranty company at first refused to accept this as true, so I raised hell to make them do their research, as I had already done, to verify the fact that the differential needed to be replaced. They finally realized this to be true and then tried to send my repair shop a MUCH less expensive and completely inferior unit that costed $800. Yes, $800, as in 75% less. When I demanded to know more about this cheap differential they refused to provide any information about its source, the manufacturer or if it was even new or used.

They claim that it comes with a warranty, yet wouldn't provide any info about how it's warrantied or who it's warrantied by. To compound this issue, they were only offering 4 hours of labor to perform the repair when it requires over 7 hours of labor to complete.

My shop found a local dealership who has the right differential in stock and offered to pick it up themselves. The warranty company refused and stated that they would only reimburse the $800 towards the differential of their choosing. They refused to provide any further information to my shop or to try and resolve the repair in a reasonable manner.

I am disgusted with the company and am completely unsatisfied with the warranty I purchased for nearly $2,000. I would steer very clear of them and find a better warranty company around that actually stands behind the warranty they sell unless you like flushing your money down the drain and enjoy terrible customer service.

$4000 of payments down the drain. Never again

All of these reviews are correct. This is one of the worst companies I have ever have dealt with in my life. I have been paying my car's extended warranty for almost 2 years (22 months) with automatic payments. I travel out of town often and during that time my card expired. They canceled my policy and would not let me reinstate it. I had 2 payments left to finish my contract. I paid over $4000 in payments. They told me it's not possible to reinstate a contract!!! not possible. So they took $4000 in payments and I am left with nothing. I have never had such bad service. They are scam artists! They gave me legal jargon as to why they can't do it. I have never had such a bad experience with a company in your life. SCAMMMMMM!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!! In the past, I purchased many warranties from this company and I've been satisfied.....UNTIL NOW! My car is in the shop for the repair of a covered part and they are REFUSING COVERAGE! They are pulling out a sentence from my contract that applies to the wear and tear of NON-COVERED parts to claim that my COVERED part isn't covered! Also, this is the SECOND time I've had to fight with this company to cover a repair. It seems they like to TAKE your money but don't like to HONOR THEIR CONTRACT! The customer service rep told the repair shop that they've already paid out too much money on this car, so they don't want to pay for any more repairs! THIS ISN'T HOW A WARRANTY IS SUPPOSED TO WORK! If Warranty Direct was going to stop paying for repairs when they decided they paid out too much money - they should have stated that in the contract! But that's not how contracts work...I purchase the warranty and they honor the contract - right? WRONG! So please please please, think twice before purchasing a warranty through this company. They will give your repair facility the run around (multiple calls, etc.) and they will refuse your repairs!!!!!!! DON'T PURCHASE!!!!!!

After almost a year of paying premiums

After almost a year of paying premiums, my car developed a brake line leak. The repair cost almost $500 and Warranty Direct paid nothing!! What good is insurance if its goal is to collect premiums and not pay for repairs?!? Maybe instead of a warranty I should have purchased stock!!

Interstate National Dealer Services…

Interstate National Dealer Services Inc. needs to drug test those morrons in customer service. They are the most pathetic pieces of horse crap that ever lived. You get MBI insurance thinking that your vehicle is covered, right? No, totally not the case. They literally come up with excuses of why they can't fix things that clearly states they can in the fine print. I got their help back in Feb.; now it's the end of Sept. and I'm still having to deal with they same idiots. I'm so done with them. THEY DISGUST ME
