waited 40 minutes for an agent on the phone.

You charged my card 3 times! I disputed 2 of them. It is suppose to be once a month.

I already have a coverage on a previous car and have been very pleased with it so I was very happy to purchase coverage for a second car.

Very good warranty and very good price. I haven't had a claim yet, but the stated coverage is excellent and I anticipate good results if and when the time comes to use the warranty.

Was not able to confirm coverage exclusions for Florida

I have had warranty direct on three of my vehicles. With two of them, I did not have a chance to utilize them. On one of the vehicles though, I utilized the contract on multiple occasions and never had to personally deal with them as my repair center dealt with them directly. Hopefully, on the new contract I have just as good of service and no issues making claims if needed. Thanks Warranty Direct

I had a great experience with Mr. Alvin Casillas of Warranty Direct. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and even called me at the specific times I requested while I was at work. He also called my Lexus dealer to make sure they accepted Warranty Direct so I would not have any issues going forward. I hope he is recognized for outstanding customer service, patience and excellent interpersonal skills.

I called warranty direct because I had seen that they offer warranty at not to bad of a price. Although when I spoke to Alvin, we came to a conclusion that they couldn’t offer me the plan I was seeking but he had still been polite and honest and even shared a non biased opinion on the other plan I had got priced. Would recommend if you have a newer car because they are good people.
