Incredible Aftersales Experiences
I purchased my Omega Planet Ocean a little over a year ago now (April 2025). It arrived the next day in a beautiful condition and I wear it daily and it is my absolute pride and joy. After a few months it developed a known omega issue where the clasp got stuck and I contacted the after sales team for help. Abigail helped action my warranty you receive and got the watched sorted for me expeditiously. She updated me on the issue and the work being done regularly with up to date ETAs for it coming back to me. Today I had realised I had lost something and contacted Abigail again in the Aftersales team, once again, she went above and beyond to help me and within 20 mins of my first email, she had sorted me out once again. Thank you so very much!

I brought my watch from the Royal Exchange shop.
I had nothing but a great shopping experience, the staff in the shop were very helpful, making me fell like a valued customer, even though it was my first time shopping at a Watch finders shop!
I know Watch finders are more expensive than other high end watch shops, pay for what you get - get what you pay for!.
