My Dream Watch
When this watch was first released, I fell in love with it but was unable to afford it at that moment in time. It became my "dream watch" and aimed to buy it at some point in my lifetime... Eventually our circumstances changed and my wife and I decided to look for one for my 50th Birthday. I was a little bit nervous buying such an expensive used watch but overall, I was very pleased with how much I paid for the watch and the excellent service provided by Tom Holland. However, I think going forward rather than just listing an overall condition of the item, I think better descriptions of the contents should be listed, rather than just pictures (especially if the item comes with accessories). When I opened the outer box, the hinged part of the cardboard inner box came away and also the tool for changing the strap had been broken. Not a deal breaker, as I found a replacement tip cheap enough and patched up the box. However, as this was a limited edition for collectors, full descriptions, including listing missing items would have be preferred along with the pictures. Fortunately, this hasn't changed my opinion on the watch itself and I absolutely love it. I can't wait until my 50th, when my wife lets me wear it!

Exceptionally happy
They spent time explaining the attributes of the particular watch I was interested in. They then shipped to the closest store to me so that I could look at the watch in person. I was made very welcome at the store when I arrived and was exceptionally happy with both the watch and the buying experience.
