I purchased a strap which came with a buckle. The day I received the order I was excited to mount it on my bell & ross. Come to find out the hardware brand new from watch obsession was tapped incorrectly to the screw bar thread. Rendering the buckle useless.

Sent an email to WO to notify them the threads were bad on the buckle. No response. Send a 2nd email 10 days later and get a response from Gary. Clarified that the buckle was the only issue and would send a replacement. Here we are months later and no buckle.

EDIT: I would like to follow-up with this review.
I was made aware that Watch Obsession is under new management and my order was around that transition. I was promptly contacted by them and my initial issue was handled immediately. I have relief and confidence to continue to shop and support Watch Obsession and appreciate the immediate attention by Matthew once he became aware of my problem.

I've bought a few straps and accessories from watch obsession; a few Hirsch straps, Natos and other bits and bobs and the quality and shipping have been great. But what really impressed me was the customer service from Matthew and Debbie. Simply excellent, certainly among the best I've experienced from any retailer. I've emailed to ask a few questions and they've been ultra quick, helpful, knowledgeable and generous. Can't recommend them more.

I have been buying straps from WatchObsession since about 2013 or 2014. They were great back then and they have continued to get even better especially recently with a new (and drastically improved/impressive) website. The attention to detail with orders, paperwork, advice etc is all a lesson in how to manage and promote great service for a niche specialist business.

Their range is huge and there are (too) many options! I just wish I had more watches to put more straps on - now they are selling watches too perhaps that will lead somewhere in the end.

Anyway, buy with confidence.

Bought a Hirsch watch strap from this site. Always a bit tentative when buying from somewhere for the first time but was really impressed by coming home to find my watch strap had been delivered already and packaged carefully.

Excellent service, will be back when I need to upgrade my watch! :)

I recently bought myself an orange-faced Seiko Solar Diver (via Amazon) and found the black rubber strap a little too chunky and too long for my needs - the end of the strap stuck out awkwardly and caught on sleeve cuffs. I'd considered replacing it with a black leather or a black nylon NATO style strap and ended up on the WatchObsession website. Wow, straps of every description including designs I'd not been aware of... and what caught my eye was a ballistic PU strap in black with orange contrast stitching - an in-house WatchObsession product (and much less expensive than the same design offered by an American competitor). I ordered the strap on a Tuesday and paid via PayPal and the strap was with me the next day and fitted to my watch in just a couple of minutes. The strap looks great and complements my watch perfectly; the ballistic PU is stiff to begin with and it's taken a few days of wear to soften up and shape itself to my wrist but I'd say the material looks pretty much indestructible so I expect it to last a very long time indeed. I can't fault the product or the service and I anticipate buying from WatchObsession again soon.

My purchase of an Omega Speedmaster was long contemplated and I'm really pleased I chose WatchObsession. Not only was the price the most competitive available, the service was courteous and reassuring. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Gary and Matthew.

I was recommended WatchObsession by a friend who had bought from them in late 2015. He was absolutely right when he said they were great on service and price. I bought an Omega Speedmaster and an extra strap. It was a pleasure buying through them not just because the price is as competitive as you can find in the UK market but the customer service was excellent too. Right the way through from ordering to receiving my brand new watch it was smooth and they were accurate on how long it would take to order. If I buy another watch I will definitely use them.

This is always my 1st port of call for Quality straps, tools and anything timepiece orientated. Gary & Matthew are always helpful and responsive to my countless emails. Bought my first Nato straps from WatchObsession for my Seiko SKX, and am mighty pleased with the quality and style. Delivery was very efficient and quick.

I have been searching for an alligator deployment strap for my Jaeger LeCoultre reverso duo for some time rather than spend £300 on one of their own straps which don't seem to last more than two years. I found exactly the right size (not easy) at Watch Obsession and was very impressed with the quality of the Hirsch Strap for £75. I have since passed the details of Watch Obsession to other watch enthusiasts. I will report at some point on how long this strap lasts. Hopefully quite a while before I have to report.

to buying an omega seamaster watch from watch obsession as the price was too good to resist and the lowest I could see on the net
whenever I order from gary it always arrives when expected(within a couple of days) and very well packed,If any problems(of which I have had none) I feel confident he would always be at hand to resolve
He replies very quickly to emails regards advice I need on purchases and woulld not hesitate to recommend

Gave me a great part exchange on a Zenith and then sat back calmly while I dithered around trying to decide which watch I wanted. Gary was patient and understanding despite numerous emails and a false start on an Omega Aqua Terra! In the end I followed my heart and went for an IWC Ingenieur, white face... Beautiful watch, and although I was warned it could take up to eight weeks, it arrived in just over two! I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Gary and the whole team.

Ordered several straps from watch obsession over past months ,always arrived within a couple of days, I finally ordered a watch a couple of weeks ago , a omega seamaster 300 master co-axial. Gary rang me Wednesday to say the watch was with them and would be posted to me that day , it arrived Friday well packed and was everything I hoped . Gorgeous watch,also with the watch Gary had put a great cleaning cloth, bracelet adjusting tool and a watch obsession diary, a nice touch I thought .The great service continues , once again thanks to Gary and all the staff at watch obsession

Three years ago I needed a replacement deployment strap for my Breitling Aerospace and I ordered the alligator style from WatchObsession. Three years on and I have ordered another as spare, not because there's any problem with the original, rather to have it "just in case". Delivery was impressive and I wouldn't have any reservation in recommending this excellent vendor. Although not an official Breitling product it even impressed a leading jeweller.

Communication and customer support was excellent. When I had a question about the shipping info they responded quickly and gave me the info I needed. When I had an issue with the watch strap they worked to get me a replacement right away.

I would most certainly buy from them again.

Purchased a beautiful Hirsch lizard leather watch strap to fit my Rolex Cellini watch as Rolex didn't offer the colour I was looking for. The quality/colour is excellent and the price was incredibly cheap. Service was very efficient also. Would highly recommend. My husband has also purchased numerous straps from this Company and he has been extremely happy with his purchases. Would highly recommend.

Three times now I have e-mailed details with of a current watch and a vague (very vague) idea of what I would like. I always get some brilliant ideas very quickly My eventual selections are always despatched promptly

I've bought a number of items from WatchObsession during the past few months, including a range of straps and several tools. Orders have always arrived the next day and refunds - several straps have been returned because they weren't quite the colour I was looking for - are always processed immediately. I do make a point of not opening straps I know are unsuitable so that they are returned as new, as it seems only fair to treat a company like this with the same courtesy they extend to their customers. The service simply cannot be faulted - if only more online retailers were like WatchObsession!
