I bought it online with service.. I received the boxes but no service. No answer to calls or emails. They are gone and they left their customers behind. Scam

Doggy company, the customer service doesnt respond for 1 year of emails of a refund.

II bought waer2buy premium z model last October and had it installed the end of last October by very reputation local plumber, it was working really good at the beginning, generated water was very pure. But now, it is not working properly now, as the water is hard with very noticeable hard pieces inside. I had a plumber coming checked and regened, it was ok, but water not great as before, plumber advised to ask Water2buy to those issues. I just find the company is gone.
I bought this Water2buy premium Z model is because there is an article :"The 5 Best Water Softener Companies in Ireland" written by
Sarah Byrne | Last Updated: May 13, 2024, who recommended the number 1 brand is Water2buy.
I feel so frustrated now as every morning when I turn on my water for a kettle, I feel so struggling with it.

No wonder this scummy company went out of business. There water softeners are absolute rubbish

This company has now ceased trading, which must leave thousands of customers in limbo.
Their website says, "Water2Buy is now closed for business. We thank all our customers for their support over the years."

Had my water softener for a few years with no issues, but recently started to leak. Support emails were not replied to , and just noticed today they're closed for business. Shame as the product wasn't bad and support was good in the past.

Generally, I don’t write reviews, but this product is so bad that I felt frustrated enough to do so. It keeps leaking and has damaged my kitchen cabinets and flooring. Even after connecting the overflow hose properly, water still leaks from the front. Do not consider buying this product, as it can seriously damage your flooring or cabinets if placed inside a kitchen cabinet. I have not been able to use this product at all.

Look at their score, read the reviews and trust them...

I've now had two of their machines. Neither worked.

And when I wrote to them to ask for advice as to how to change settings to see if the device could be tweaked to work better I got zero response.

Save your money buy elsewhere.

W2B800 - bought a year ago. There’s no product details such as resin quantity used. When contacted the manufacturer, no response. Now I can’t use this product, it’s not working. Horrible service… I don’t recommend. Purchase Order # 026-0606291-5642716

I am searching for the Water2Buy easy one replacement filters and couldn't find any. Such an awful brand with zero customer care.

There is no way to contact them, and all attempts to reach out have been completely ignored. This is a fraudulent company that takes your money and disappears. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable company – do not fall for this scam!

DO NOT order from this company. They are yet to refund me for the product that I returned and they are not responding to any emails. There is no customer support line which is shocking not to have for a company in this day and age.

Every time I call them the call goes to answerign machine and no call back.

Company is not responding at all - they’ve sold us a faulty product and now they’re not answering the phone or replying to email

Unable to contact this company, via Facebook, telephone or email. Did send part of the order but unable to contact. Will try to get money back from credit card as obviously Guarantee will be useless. Do not give them any money as they are obviously not trading.

It looks like the company isn't trading anymore.
I bought a Premium Model Z water softener via their website as a Black Friday deal, but installed it only in January as my plumber was on holidays. It's not working properly - the brine tank is always full of water. Technical support isn't responding, guarantee cannot be activated, phone number and chatbot are both dead, emails and online requests aren't answered.
It looks like a zomby company. Avoid.

Have ordered water softener via Water2Buy website about five days ago and PAYMENT TAKEN. No response about delivery. Have tried to contact via mail or phone 03331503147 . No response on mail and no one response to call. It seems other people have same experience. I am pursuing with my credit card company to get refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM the WATER2BUY WEBSITE. Appears scam to me.
