No longer trading

Order not processed, took my money but never sent the order. Wouldn't respond to email and phone number disconnected, looked at Companies House and no accounts registered for a year so looks like they are just taking money and not trading. Got my money back via PayPal.

Could not contact support despite…

Could not contact support despite numerous emails and phone calls. Even QR codes on packaging to download app gave 'web page not available'. Very limited information online with Help pages addressing warranty only. Contact with parent company Culligan also unsuccessful.

Water softner W2B200

Could not get hold of company when my Softner started overflowing . it was emergency as if the overflow pipe got blocked it would have leaked over my floor . They were hard to get hold of , no number just email which they do not respond to . So their warranty was useless
Lucky I was able to deal through plumber . avoid this company

Ive been contacting this company for…

Ive been contacting this company for undelivered item, they dont have a working phone number it diverts you to leave your message but they will not call or response back, email will is no use as well.please avoid this company. My option now is to report them to trading standard. I believe im not the only one with this kind of issue with them…hopefully trading standard will action accordingly..

Disappointed – No Customer Support and No Replacement Filters

I purchased a reverse osmosis system from this company last year for €450, expecting a long-term investment in clean water. Unfortunately, they have since discontinued the model and stopped producing replacement filters, making my system practically useless.

To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent—there is no way to contact them, and emails go completely ignored. A product like this should come with ongoing support and access to essential parts, but instead, I am left with an expensive system that I can no longer use.

I expected better and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable water filtration system.

no APP no warrenty

I purchased the best water softener they have, the x model, through their site.
I asked how to download the app which doesn't exist on Google Play but they don't give me any answers! so it's not true that there is an app to manage it...
furthermore, the site page dedicated to the product warranty does not exist and they don't even respond to the email I sent them describing the problems I had.

Ho acquistato tramite il loro sito l'addolcitore migliore che hanno, il modello x.
Ho chiesto come si fa a scaricare l'app che è inesistente su google play ma non mi danno risposte! quindi non è vero che esiste un'app per gestirlo...
inoltre la pagina del sitop dedicata alla garanzia del prodotto non esiste e neanche rispondono alla mail che gli ho inviato descrivendo i problemi descritti.

Absolutely zero aftersales support.

My Water 2 Buy W2B200 watersoftener developed a fault where the resin was escaping into the plumbing and out of the taps. Their Website help information does not cover this so I attempted to contact them.

They do not reply to their emails and respond to phone calls or messages left multiple times (0333 1503147). There are many complaints about this in the reviews.

I'm now going to have to purchase a new water softner, but not before checking out the aftersales support. I certainly would not recommend buying anything from Water 2 Buy.

No customer service | Faulty product | Delayed delivery - what more could go wrong?

Ordered a Water2Buy Premium Model Z Water Softener and Easy1 Drinking Water System on December 20th—it was delayed for nearly a month, and now I’ve received a faulty product with a broken seal.

Despite multiple messages and a support ticket with photo evidence, I’ve been completely ignored. To make matters worse, all company phone numbers have been removed from the website—a huge red flag.

I demand a full refund and a proper response immediately. Avoid this company!

Useless.

Like other reviewers, there is no customer service whatsoever when a fault develops or you need support. Have phoned, left messages and emailed multiple times. Zero contract.

Il numero di telefono è stato disattivato, ho comprato questo addolcitore ho aperto la scatola ed era rotto, ho mandato più mail all’assistenza non ho mai e ripeto mai avuto risposta, ho provato a contattarli su Instagram e su Facebook anche qui nessuna risposta, ho provato a scrivere tramite il loro sito e anche qui nessuna risposta. non c’è possibilità di effettuare il reso del prodotto o avere anche la minima garanzia, non so più cosa fare. Azienda davvero poco seria, non mi rimane altro se non riceverò risposta di incaricare un avvocato per una richiesta danni, comprate il vostro prodotto in Italia loro non hanno assistenza di nessun genere, quelle pubblicizzate sul sito come assistenza in Italia a Roma sono chiuse da anni, prima di acquistare provate pure a contattarli e vedrete che nessuno vi risponderà.

I do not recommend buying these products, Italian assistance is non-existent. The telephone number has been deactivated, I bought this softener, I opened the box and it was broken, I sent multiple emails to assistance, I never and I repeat never had an answer, I tried to contact them on Instagram and Facebook, here too no answer, I tried to write through their website and here too no answer. There is no possibility of returning the product or having even the minimum guarantee, I don't know what to do anymore. A truly unserious company, I have no choice but to hire a lawyer for a damage claim if I don't receive a response, buy your product in Italy, they have no assistance of any kind, those advertised on the website as assistance in Italy in Rome have been closed for years, before buying, try contacting them and you will see that no one will answer you

Water2Buy = Non existent customer services.

Is there a no star option?

This company either has no one to answer phones and emails or they simply don't bother. I have wasted so much time trying to get through to them. I sent one final email to elicit some response before posting this review.

Don't deal with Water2Buy unless you want a product only with no warranty, no help and no response from the company.

They don't answer phones.
The chatbot doesn't work.
They don't answer emails.
The activate my warranty is a dead link on the website as are numerous other options.

How do you contact them?

Don't buy from Water2Buy.

Either terrible customer service or a scam

No reply from sales ... the live help bot does not work. Supposedly the agent for Ireland on a google search is culligan and they say they have nothing to do with water 2 buy. My order is with dpd for 4 days and its status hasnt changed .

Disappointed

Have always been a fan of these guys as they have dealt with issues in the past quickly and effectively. Contacted them recently as we had a failure of the boiler unit for our boiling water tap and have not had a response. Tried calling them and only got an answer machine. Doing a bit of research (gov dot UK website) it appears that they have been shut down. A pity as if anything now goes wrong with the water softener I have installed then I will have to replace with another brand.
