Wedo Beds 

Completely incompetent employees. The company like that should be dissolved. This is simply extortion. There is written that this is next day delivery which is completely lie - after enormous amount of phone calls and emails I have received bad after 5 days delay, more to that the bed was incomplete. I have contacted the company and I have been promised to deliver to me missing part. Of course I have waited another couple of days and I have received parts I already had. So I demanded to collect the incomplete bad and full refund. After 3 weeks of dealing with those people I do not have a bed and no money and employees are very rude towards me. I have asked to send someone who will come and put the bed together with those parts but it has been ignored. At the moment I have found contact details to the owner and I am trying to contact him. I hope that at least this guy will be responsible person and I will be able to get my money back and get rid of this scrap and dude that sits for last 3 weeks in my corridor taking space. I would recommend to really think do you really want to make a deal with them. In my opinion it is to better spend a little bit more money for the good quality product and customer service.

Great quality products at a fantastic price! Delivery was quick, smooth and without any problems! Will definitely use again.

I ordered a mattress topper in March 2015. Found it easy to search and order online, then had a follow up phone call from Tom to check some details. The topper was delivered very quickly, nicely wrapped and in a handy compact box. All in all a great experience and I found the team really friendly and helpful too. This was my second order from WeDo, the previous one was good too.

The product is great too - very comfy. And pretty good value. Thanks for a good night's sleep!

We ordered a bed to be delivered 6th February 2015. The boxes arrived on the day selected, however, and we do understand that this was out of Wedo Beds control, the delivery men trod mud into our house and up the stairs. After unpacking the main bits of the bed, it was apparent that the feet were missing. This shortage we telephone through and the Wedo representative was sorry and would arrange for parts to be shipped. These were to go in the post to get the next day, but if they needed to go by carrier we would be sent an email and advised accordingly. Nothing arrived by post the next day and no email.... The parts finally came the following Thursday after chasing. This we thought was just one of those things that happens... Once we tried to assemble the bed, things went wrong, the box had 2 right hand sides of the wooden slat piece, not a right or left, so we emailed them on the Saturday to request the correct piece, we now had a half made bed and had to sleep on the floor in the living room - not ideal. On Monday the email was responded to and parts to be shipped. When these arrived, they were not the right pieces... so another email, another shipment arrived the following day - again the wrong piece, so another email and telephone calls, identifying the right piece and it arrived the following Friday. Missing bolts also arrived, but we didn't have bolts long enough to finish the build. So we had to buy bolts as we didn't want to sleep on the floor anymore. With regards to the product, there were 2 instances of thread hanging off the head board where they had not been finished off properly and we feel that the welded structure was cut too short and a gap exists. I will say that the communication with Wedo was generally good in trying to help solve the problems, , but the whole buying experience was frustrating and one that wont be repeated. The bed wasn't cheap so the quality was lacking for the price. We currently wouldn't recommend friends buying through Wedo, or buying the bed we brought from them or an another supplier. Sorry Wedo but it has been an awful experience......

Excellent helpful customer service team. . Order arrived on time , emailed night before delivery and then phone 20 minutes before arrival.. fantastic service . Excellent mattress.Will recommend this company to friends .

Waited over a week for a mattress to be delivered next day. Been put on hold numerous times and been cut off because their opening hours and we're about to close. Waited in 3 days in a row as been promised delivery on those specific days and even a time slot. Do not use this company save yourself the hassle.

The bed and mattrass we ordered were great value. Although part of the bed was damaged on delivery Tom at Wedo arranged for a replacement and this came within a few days and the damaged bed was returned. Cannot fault any part of the service. Happy to recommened this company to anyone looking for a great value bed.

The Mya bed I ordered arrived in 2 days with a very efficient and delivery service from XDP.

The bed went to together perfectly (unlike many flat packs I have had in the past).

The customer service from Tom at Wedo was wonderful. (Even tho I made a silly mistake and thought I was missing a part, which I was not!) he was always helpful, well mannered and dealt with my enquiries faultlessly. I would definitely use Wedo again.

Recently had an issue with a bed I purchased in December 2013-I contacted customer services ref this and I can only say that this was handled in a very professional and customer focused manner, can only say well done Wedo beds and I will be back in the future once I have worn out this bed and mattress,

My beds that were to be coming Friday after taking a days annual leave have been sitting in the courier company's warehouse at XDP ... This courier company are the worst of the worst , and it's worth insisting that a different company is used before parting with your money. ... Wedo customer service seems good to the point that they keep you informed , but they may as well not bother if they are sending stuff via this band of halfwits and then hoping it gets there ..... XDP s reviews are littered with others waiting for beds that never arrive ..... DONT USE WEDO UNLESS THEY GUARANTEE THAT THE XDP COWBOYS ARENT INVOLVED

I have changed my rating from 1 to 4 in reflection of the great customer service from Wedo beds with regards to rectifying my complaint

The goods were despached on time by Wedo , and let down by the courier who i have no good words for.

But i have to say that the customer service aspect is brilliant, and they were apologetic and reflected my inconvenience in a goodwill gesture to my satisfaction

We ordered a mattress for my son's bed. It was cheaper than other sites, and so we didn't really know what to expect. However it was delivered on time and is a really nice, quality product. Much better than a more expensive mattress we had before from a well know company!

Despite their website stating next day delivery, this is a blatant lie. I placed an order on the 3rd of January and was told it will be recived on the 9th of January. Just got a call from delivery company on the 8th after I have made plans to be in tomorrow that the earliest they can deliver is Tuesday next week. I called we do beds to state my dissatisfaction with this last minute change, spoke to the most unapologetic customer service girl who told me
It was not "their fault", third party delivery was to blame and I could take it or lump it. I am completely shocked at such an attitude. I will be canceling my order.

Literally a few minutes after my review above, I got a call from the customer service manager at we-do. Ella listened to my complaint, made a sincere apology and offered a good will gesture. I have decided not to cancel my order. The speed at which the company responded to my review is unprecedented. Mistakes do happen and it is how they are handled and rectified that is most important and this company has just impressed me. I have upgraded from a 1* to a 5* unreservedly. Now I await my delivery on Tuesday.

I purchased a double mattress. It states that it is firm, orthopedic, comfortable but unfortunately it has none of the above features. I am very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend to any one.

Ordered a mattress and organised the next day (FREE) delivery,the mattress was delivered on time and was as advertised ...
I have no complaints with the whole process and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a mattress....

We ordered a double bed and matress a week before christmas. All other deliveries we expected made excusses about how they could not meet their advertised delivery. WEDO just delivered what and when they said. Next day at a great price. Well Done.

I purchased this bed some weeks back now and really do love the bed.

It was delivered on time as expected. MY girlfriend assembled the bed on her own, it took some time, however with two people putting it together it would be much quicker.

The look of the bed was just as the one seen online. It was as expected.
One part of the bed doesn't line up correctly when you slot the parts together, but we have done as best we can on one slot and left it at that

Found website extremely easy to use with lots of useful information.I have been the traditional route for our last 3 beds,visiting many different shops to try beds but have still not been fully satisfied with the purchases made.Thought I would try an online route this time as only wanted to buy mattress.struggle to find mattresses soft enough as wevare both small (9stone).
Ordered mattress at 6.00pm on Sunday it arrived at 8.10 on Tuesday morning.Product packaged as described (rolled) but driver was very kind & brought into my hall for me .Mattress is comfortable & We have both slept better,but still not soft enough for me,investigating a topper of some sort.

Arranged for bed and mattress to be delivered on a Friday (don't listen to Next Day Delivery boasts on the website, first date available was a week into the future).

Only the mattress arrived on the Friday. Delivered by two blokes in a hire van.

I arranged for the bed frame to be delivered on the Monday.

Instead, they delivered on the Saturday and because I was out they pushed the bed over my 6ft high fence and into the garden causing damage to plant pots, watering can, small wall etc. It's a heavy bed.

In fairness the bed and mattress are fine. They just have a little bit of an issue with their delivery drivers. Expect hassle.

I'd never use them again. Not a reputable company. Amateurish.

Had trouble ordering the bed from their website but got to hand it to customer care at WEDO, they were first class and took my order over the phone. Within minutes we got a confirmation email and then regular calls to let us know the progress of our order. the service officer was even prepared to give his full name and contact details - that's rare for a start.
5 Star rating no problem.
All received today after a courier mishap. No complaints with Wedo and would definitely recommend their service. Will let you know about the bed as it is yet to be assembled.
