Wedo Beds 

Ordered a bed from Wedo! Great price, fantastic communication received regular email updates to the status of my order. However, upon delivery the delivery driver requested I come out of my house and assist him with delivering the bed (was in 3 large pieces) to my own home as he was on his own! Advised him I was unable to do that simply because I was off work with a cracked rib and was on my own with my 2 young children. The delivery driver then advised (whilst parked outside my house) he could not deliver my bed on that day and would have to come back tomorrow when there was 2 of them! Had to remind him I was the customer and his logistic issue were nothing to do with me and that the bed needed to be delivered today. After several phones calls from him and him calling his head office he eventually got out of his van and did the 3 trips to deliver the bed...!

I ordered a bed to be delivered to a very awkward, old cottage and needed certain dimensions to get it in the room. Both people I spoke to were helpful and when the bed arrived it was good quality and exactly as described. Well done. I have already recommended Wedo Beds to a friend.

I bought a divan bed with 4 drawers, the quality of the bed is really good. I have been using it for couple of months now. The delivery was smooth. I would highly recommend WeDo

I ordered a bed and chose my delivery date which was 4 days after the order was placed. The bed company got in touch to say the courier would only leave the bed at the door and would not carry up to my first floor flat, that was fine. The delivery day arrived, I had taken a day off work to wait in and although I was given a late afternoon/evening 3 hour slot I stayed in all day to wait for it. The courier did not even come anywhere near! but surprise surprise I had an email to say he had tried to deliver it but I was out and he had left a card. He was a liar, no card, no attempted delivery just lies. I phoned the courier XDP and predictably no-one would answer the phone, I was livid and phoned Wedo, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and sympathetic and did try to contact the courier herself without any luck, she said they may try and deliver the next day. Although I was at work I left a note on the door for them and they did actually deliver it to a neighbour the following day via a different driver. I was very pleased with the bed and found Wedo to be most helpful but the courier they use is shocking and lets them down badly.

I ordered this headboard and it was as cheap as I saw on line and delivered (exactly) when they said it would be! what more could you ask for -

My bed was delivered just over a week ago and I cannot fault Wedo beds. I spent a lot of time shopping around looking for the right bed and had never heard of them when I saw them pop up on Google. They were cheaper than everyone else and I was at first hesitant and thought it all seemed too good to be true, but thankfully I was proved wrong.

From start to finish it was easy. Customer service was first rate. Love the product, a tall faux suede bed head , delivered on time, great price, no complaints at all and can thoroughly recommend.

especially mattress quality for the price as I am very fussy and have a bad back it is so important for me to have a super firm but comfortable mattress
Sometimes the couriers are an issue as we-do don't deliver direct however any issue I had was always sorted very quickly by the excellent service team

After a very bad experience with an alternative supplier, I contacted Wedo Beds and not only did they offer the same product at a lower cost, they were very polite and helpful, the item was delivered the following day as they said it would. They advised me they would check on the delivery and contact us the next morning to confirm, which they did.
I would highly recommend this company for customer service and delivery.

googled the bed my daughter wanted, compared prices, delivery etc. and picked wedobeds. what a fantastic experience, the best by far for online shopping; had a couple of queries re:mattress sizes etc. your online customer support were great and sorted me out. the delivery ran to plan, you phoned me twice to advise where and what was happening with my order proving you track your customers orders till it reaches them. would highly recommend your firm to everyone, such a smooth process from order to delivery. you do what you promise.

Having taken the day off work to received a matress delivery, i stripped the bed and took old matress off (which was really heavy work on my own), was told at 10.00 morning of delivery (08.35-12.35), it would not arrive today. some kind of error/mix up (say what you will). not just disappointed but pi**ed, i have lost a days holiday, and for what. Staff was very apologetic, hence the 2 stars, but i cancelled my order, as i am not willing to loose another day. i was really looking forward to sleeping on my new matress, however, will now have to start search again. No excuse is good enough, if i arrange something, i do not let people down!

The wardrobe was exactly what we wanted it was easy to assemble and looks very nice it is just the right size for my grandsons bed room .it was delivered promptly ,I think it is very good product for the money

Ordered a mattress and it arrived on time (even though I changed the delivery date) with no fuss or bother. Super fast service and great customer service.

I bought the Kyoto Kendle sofabed back in Feb 2014 and 2 months later noticed that the sofa cushions had started to dip in the middle and lose their shape. I spoke to Customer service who said the manufacturer recommended that the cushions be turned every week (!!) to keep their shape - this isn't something that anyone else I know has to do with their cushions. I asked for them to be refilled and this was agreed to by the manufacturer as 'a gesture of good will'. It was a bit of a farce getting the cushions back to the manufacturers and it ended up taking 3 weeks by the time they were returned to me. A few months on, and the cushions have again started to dip and lose their shape so I'm going to turn them every week or so... For the inconvenience caused of having to wait such a long time for the cushions to be returned, I did get a £50 refund and the customer service team were efficient and tried to deal with my case as best they could, but..

I wouldn't recommend this particular sofabed to anyone..

I had previously ordered a bed from Wedo beds and was extremely pleased with the service and the cost of the bed. Just ordered another double emporia white bed for my daughter, same again fantastic service, good delivery. I would not hesitate to use Wedo again and would certainly recommend them to anybody.

Faultless service both pre and post delivery. Item as described. Delivery was prompt and courteous to second floor without lift. Item was perfect in every way. Shame I didn't find them sooner...had a nightmare with the previous company (hf4you.co.uk - see my review) so I was apprehensive about another potential disappointment, but had no choice except to order online. Well, it was in fact a very different and very pleasant experience. I cannot speak more highly of this retailer.

Ordered a small single Shire Somerset Divan from WEDO after seeing it advertised elsewhere with a SSP of over £400.00. Delivered from manufacturer within 48 hours but both storage drawers faulty, one completely fallen apart, and divan base grubby in places. WEDO agreed to collect it back and replace. Instead chose a Sleepsnug Comfort 1000 Divan. Less than £20 dearer, the difference is like chalk and cheese! Superb quality and superior in every way to the Shire Somerset. WEDO gave brilliant service and we had the replacement only 2 days later. In my working life, I am a Training Consultant and would say without hesitation that the WEDO customer service would be hard to beat anywhere. So, well done and thank you to Lucy, Deborah, Ella and anyone else involved.

Bed is loverly came within the 3 days as it stated , only thing was boxes were ripped in transit and when bed was put up we realised no bed feet and no casters for draws , I emailed Wedo and they were excellent they sent out 1 st class next day , overall I would recommend so pleased with storage in the bed. The bed is so stronge and well made excellent value for money , very happy just carnt get out of it lol , thank you Louisa
