I've always wanted to try one of these diets before. But money was always an issue. And I always new that I'd struggle with the lack of real food. But after just accepting the fact that I CANNOT for the life of me stick to making myself healthy meals. For one , times an issue.. And two, I just never know what to make. I looked up loads of different diet plans and weight to go were the ones who looked best for me. Especially with the amazing first month offer.. So anyway .. I am not majorly overweight but for me I had put on too much weight for my liking. I managed to put on 2 stone over 2 years and I feel horrible. Since doing this diet for 1 month total so far I have lost a stone!! (10lbs in my first week) I am so happy AND most importantly the food is so good! The dinners are nicer then most the dinners I cooked anyway. And they're real meals, not this mush you get from other places. The soups are lovely and so are the shakes and snacks .. Basically all of its good. There are a few flavours I don't like of course. But that's my personal taste. It's not because they're bad products. Also, not that I'm saying you should do it, but I do let me self go out still. If my friends are going for a curry. I'll join them. Or if me and my bf want a nice meal I will. I'm not depriving myself. I'm just treating myself every now n again. I have had many days where I've gone for dinner somewhere and it's not because I NEED more food and can't cope. It's just because I know I can. I know that at the end of the day I am eating healthily now with much fewer calories so if I want a treat once in a whil. I will. Anyway. I'm on a long one here. Basically I highly reccomend .. And also customer service are fab.. I've had 2 issues, 1st where they got a couple of things wrong on my first order and they were more then happy to send the missing things out and let me keep the bits I didn't actually order and the other was on my 2nd months delivery I forgot to change a few things and after I'd emailed them asking if it was too late to change. They held my order and called me so they could swap stuff around. So yeh my experiences have been great. I have also got 2 of my friends into the bandwagon now. They are loving it to ... Wow this is long. I'm finished.

Straight forward ordering, parcels arrived the next day! Its only been 5 days of this diet and I have lost 6.6lbs! Thats without doing any exercise - as I dont have time for it! I would recommend this diet - it actualy makes sense, controlling how much you eat of what you eat.

I have just started weight to go diet on Monday.
Received my delivery last week with 48hrs delivery which was very efficient.
I do think that there should be more choices for soups and main meals for the price and that the snack options would not only be shake twin pack and coockies but options from the bonus snacks also.
I also believe that £169 for month food for 1 person when we are talking about so small portions it's too expensive also that is only if you sign up for 12 weeks if you want monthly flexibility then £60/week £240/month, which is even worse. But I am looking forward to my results and to see if it works.

I have no complaints about the products I've tried so far. I just think the labelling of the shakes could be better as they are quite difficult to read.

I am a Cambridge Diet maintainer, but since discovering Weight to Go, I haven't bought a single Cambridge soup. Why have powdered soup when you can have tasty fresh soup that you can reheat conveniently in the microwave. The sachet meals are imaginative, tasty and convenient.
The service is excellent with efficient, speedy delivery. I would, and do, recommend Weight to Go.

Too early to say if these shakes work but at only 159 calories per serving combined with other sensible meals

I ordered a couple of samples and I must say they are delicious the porridge tastes like real porridge but I do add splenda sugar as I have a sweet tooth th chocolate shake is lovely and filling and the food packs are amazing I will now commit to Thiet plans and hopefully lose weight in time for summer when I go on holiday.

Was pretty sceptical at first....another attempt at losing weight....another potential disaster with the only pounds being lost being in the pocket. However, I purchased a range of smoothies to try to find the one that suited my palette and to my surprise the vanilla and the toffee were the best for me. I stuck with these on the flexi diet and then purchased some of the meals in an offer deal. Wasn't expecting much but to my surprise they were blooming tasty - so far the meatballs and the chicken went beyond taste expectation. Now for the interesting bit. I have tried my hand at a lot of diets with varying success....but none so successful in such a short space of time. I managed to lose 4.5lbs in a week which I wasn't sure if it was too fast but confirmed with my consultant and yup.....two shakes and a meal a day and not only was i feeling full and brighter but had lost a bit of weight - what a way to give yourself a bit more confidence. Had good service. Excellent delivery and would definately recommend.

The soups are full of nutrition and very filling.

Food very good. I have lost 4lb in 4 weeks. In 4 weeks I have still been out to dinner with my family three times.

It is always good when promises are kept.

This is the easiest diet I've ever tried.. Keeping it off is even easier if you supplement your diet with the shakes. I make protein pots with s little warm water and feel so satisfied. Give it a go!!!

After a easy telephone call of simple yes no answers in regards to my personal taste, an easy payment over the telephone followed by a fast delivery was my 1st experience.

Nice tasting food , love the shakes Banana and strawberry is my favourite. Not keen on the cookies, but I told the company and they changed them for me to milkshakes without any problem.

Highly recommend. Great service and very quick. Good range of really tasty food and love the choice of shakes and bars and porridge. I have to say the bars are amazing. All the worked done for you so follow the plan and see results without ever feeling hungry.

Deliveries take for ever and I missed one where the driver left a card with an unrecognisable tracking number and no indication as to whether he was going to return/left with neighbour or retuned to depot!! That was three days ago and I'm still waiting😡😡

Love this diet. No shopping or cooking, suits me fine. definitely recommending it to all busy bodies needing to lose weight.Constant weigh loss week after week without feeling deprived, love most of the food. Only wish would be a few more breakfast choices.

I didt enjoy these shakes as much as other brands some tasted blans and the others tasted very artificial, that said they were a nice texture and filling.
