Delivery was prompt. The two gentlemen who brought the furniture did a fab job. Unwrapped all the furniture, added the legs to the furniture. Even moved my furniture to position the bedside cabinets. The furniture I lovely and I am very pleased with it all.

The staff who delivered my furniture were great. They installed the wardrobe and chest if drawers took off casters and protective filming. They were so friendly and helpful znd kept in touch as they were running late due to traffic issues.

Your Delivery team, Steve and Rhys gave Outstanding Customer Service and were very respectful of our Home and to us! They are both a definite asset to your company!

A lovely solid piece of furniture. Company kept me updated on delivery and the 2 gentlemen who delivered it were quick, very pleasant and removed all packing. Would recommend.

Were rude and disrespectful of our home. Refused to clean shoes or use overshoes. Cleaning mud and grime out of carpet. Wardrobes badly assembled wih gaps and uneven lines. One door is stained. Did not wait for us to open wardrobes to inspect and check. Declared they would not help move something even though we didn't ask. Generally v unpleasant. DFS should not be working with these shoddy subcontractors.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Kept me updated with everything and even gave me the driver’s names.
They were well within the delivery range. Fast and smooth delivery to my bedroom. You wouldn’t have known they had been in the house. Well done Steve &Rhys 👏👏

Arrived on time. Very pleasant delivery men. Took away the packaging and did the small amount of work needed ie screwing in the handles and placing it in the right place. Very satisfied.

The 2 men that delivered my furniture were caring and very much considerate to the point I asked them if it would be possible for them to bring it upstairs for us and they said yes nit a problem, which I was very very pleased with as my husband and I would not of be able to of done that ourselves. So I would highly recommend them.

The unit delivered was far nicer than he photos shown . The delivery men , both extremely helpful taking the packing away and placing the unit in the room . This was far better than most deliveries we've had and will definitely use this company again . Really good service .

Five star service from Welcome Furniture. Just love the Balmoral range of bedroom furniture. Well made and packaged exceptionally well. Very happy with all my purchases from them and have recommended the same range to my daughter in law who is looking to purchase bedroom furniture for her daughter. She saw mine and fell in love with the Balmoral white gloss range.
Also would have to give the two delivery chaps a five star service as well. Nothing was too much trouble. All the delivery people Welcome Furniture employ are exceptional for their customer service.
