Poor customer service

Poor customer service, morals, and company policy is extremely bad. They are rude and unhelpful. Convinced the positive reviews are paid for or fake. Do not use this service

Excellent company

Excellent company, so easy to use. I've used the company to get three letters for my dogs for housing in the last few years and it's always been a simple and easy process. I live in Las Vegas and have never run into any problems using my letter anywhere

Wellness Wag really helped me so much!!!

Wellness Wag really helped me in a time of need. I needed to move to a new apartment quickly, and I needed a letter for my emotional support dog, Maisy. I am on a fixed income, so the letter helped me to lower my cost of fees for Maisy to be there. Thank you so much, Wellness Wag! You helped SO much!!
