I recently purchased a used Qashqai Acenta Premium from the Cribbs Causeway Nissan dealer and was very satisfied with the service given by the salesman, Ollie White.

I made 5 attempts to call the service department at Wessex Garages - I called in the morning and was advised that the service department was 'extremely busy' and that someone would call me back. They never did. When I attempted to call them again I was cut off 4 times. That's no business that they will be getting from me.

I recently visited Wessex Garages Mazda in Bristol for a repair, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The repair process was surprisingly quick, and I was able to track the progress online, which gave me peace of mind. What really exceeded my expectations was that when I picked up my car, it had been washed both inside and out—it was spotless! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. Overall, a fantastic service, and I will definitely be returning for future needs. Highly recommended!
Zoe at Wessex Garages was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to make my mum feel completely comfortable and at ease, explaining everything clearly and with such kindness. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch, but Zoe really did. She made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. thank you so much. Katie & her mum who loves a chat.

We came to see Zoe regarding a car for my son under the mobility scheme. Zoe was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. There was no judgement, and Zoe gave a lot of time to explain the scheme to my son. Communication and updates were excellent and the process was very smooth and easy for us.

Evoni was really great.
She dealt with my Nissan service and repair quickly and sorted a courtesy car for me. Unfortunately someone drove into the courtesy car and I thought it was going to be a headache. Evoni was professional and really knew what she was doing, making the whole process very easy.
Although this is now a Mazda dealership, it deals with Nissan cars still. I would much rather use this dealer than the one in Cribbs Causeway. It was nice to take a car for a Service without someone trying to flog me a new car!

So this was a very stressful time for us because of the issues with DWP and the fact we had to return the mobility car very quickly so we only had a small window to play with. The service and helpful we got from mo and the rest of the team at wessex Newport was excellent, friendly and helpful so yes I would highly recommend this dealership

Visited Kia Cardiff showroom for a quote on the new Sportage As expected I was greeted by a polite salesman, I said that I had a Cupra to part-exchange and how much would it cost to change if I wanted to maintain my current monthly payments with my annual milage at 10,000 miles. The salesman went off to get some figures, on his return he asked if I would like a test drive because he said "its going to take a while to generate the quote" I declined because I had already test driven the car but he said "you just as well we got nothing else to do" not having my licence the salesman drove and of course it was in the top spec even though my interest was in the middle spec.
When we got back my quote was ready but it didn't include my 2 year old Cupra part exchange, I didnt understand why then another guy turned up and he said "try selling it privately" I explained I wanted to hand my car in and take another out, no fuss. They said "they would take photos and try to sell the car for me on Motorway" I had already wasted about a hour and a half of my time so grabbed the quote and left, When I later looked at the quote it stated 6,000 miles not 10,000 like I asked. All in all the whole experience felt like old sales tactics. The best advise I can give Is shop somewhere other than Wessex In my case I ended up buying from Gravells Bridgend for an far better buying experience and BTW they do take part exchange.

Just bought Nissan car from Wessex Bristol. Car well presented, Oliver White, salesman, was amazing. Helpful, polite, well up on his job. Was a pleasure to meet him. If there was a star rating above 5 he would have it. Keith & Heather Moody

A very big THANK YOU to Hamid at Wessex Kia in Gloucester in the Service team. He is a credit to your company.
I arrived just as he was going on his lunch break but saw me anyway. The Kia we have is new to us and this is our first service. We came to Gloucester Kia as they had helped us with an issue after we had bought our car (from another dealer) and found it didn't have a service history. Although they couldn't help directly they helped us locate the original dealership and by a miracle, the service history was held there! Another Kia garage had just said they couldn't help but Wessex went above and beyond.
This has been my experience again today where Hamid helped save on the cost of yr 3 and 4 services and MOTs. He spent 30minutes chasing the best options for me from Kia HQ. I couldn't ask for a better customer service. Thank you.

I booked my MINOR service 2 months ahead, when I arrived they had trouble finding the booking for which I had a reminder email and a confirmation email I ticked the box to say I would wait, I was booked for 11:00 so I arrived at 10:30 I returned at 14:00 to be told it hadnt been done yet then at 14:15 I was told it would be taken in the workshop next so I took a walk and returned at 15:30 to be told it still had not been done by this time I had been waiting for for over 4 and a half hours and was going to have to wait another hour so I gave up and took the car away. Being busy is not an exscuse for poor service. I will use Platinum Nissan next time.

We have just purchased a new Kia EV3 from Wessex Garage in Gloucester. They kindly conducted the viewing/testing at our home - about 10 miles from their premises. In fact we actually caused them to come twice! Monika, the sales executive, was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the purchase process. She was also quick to pick up on any concerns we expressed, putting us at ease on each occasion. We were able to have a better test on the second visit and again Monika ensured that we were happy with every aspect of the experience. Her descriptions, explanations and tuition helped us to understand the vehicle to the extent that we made the deal right there! Many thanks Wessex and Monika in particular for her patience in dealing with elderly buyers!

I redently purchased a Sportage GTLine which was nearly two years old. The whole experience was generally fantastic, only let down by slow response to post purchase query on battery caution indicator on the kia connect app which links to your car. After many days, I was advised saleman had family issues but as email was copied to colleagues, it should have been dealt with. Explanation was 'Kia is aware that this warning is coming up in the app. However this is an issue with the app and the batteries are fine' which is a worry as customers on Forums having same problem months ago and needing new batteries. What else in the app isnt working? Was response because two year expiry on battery waranty is fast approaching? Has left me feeling a bit deflated after such a fantastic experience and otherwise fantastic car.
