The level 3 report arrived promptly and is as thorough as expected. I needed to arrange a Level 3 survey and found Westside Services on the RICS site. Their customer service was clear and responsive and their quotation for the survey was reasonable.
Survey went ahead as scheduled, the surveyor gave me a phone call to provide a verbal summary in advance of the written report which followed a week later.
Good, efficient service and would use them again in future!

Westside Services carried out the survey on a property I am in the process of buying.
They are competitively priced and provide an excellent service. I dealt with Casey, who was very impressive and replied immediately to any correspondence I sent to her.
Also, the surveyor called me immediately after he inspected the property to give me a verbal summary of what he found before he submitted the written survey.
