It is my fourth time using Westside for a building survey (on different properties).

Pleasantly surprised to see they now offer drone inspection as an add on to surveys to gauge the condition of hard to reach areas such as the roof/chimney stacks.

Communications with Casey in the office is always a pleasure and I was given a call back by the surveyor the same day with comments about the house giving me peace of mind that everything looks ok before the full report is sent across to me.

Great service, very good price

We are on the process of buying a property and requested a level 3 building survey. The price was competitive and the emails were answered very fast. We got our survey done the week after we requested it. The day it was completed we received a phonecall to let us know about the main findings. The report was also sent earlier than the estimate date. Great experience and would recommend them.

Our experience of using Westside Services for a HomeBuyers report was excellent from start to finish. I was able to initiate/book the service online which was followed up by a confirmation email by Casey that they'll be in touch with the estate agent to get the survey booked in.

Casey kept me updated with the survey booking and the survey was organised within a couple of weeks. Jamie, the surveyor, gave me a call following the survey with a brief outline of his findings and answered any questions I had. The draft HomeBuyers report and final report were emailed to me the following week providing me with the opportunity to delve deeper and email any questions.

Highly recommended for buyers assessing properties in Hertfordshire and beyond.

Throughout the process, Westside have dealt with my requirements very efficiently and professionally, whilst maintaining a friendly approach and being available.
The survey was completed on time and I was contacted after to provide a thorough overview. The draft report was with me within a week and my queries were answered within 24 hours by the surveyor. A first class service all round from start to finish which I would never hesitate to recommend to anyone. Availability was excellent to and there was always someone I could talk to or get an answer from. Excellent!!!

Excellent communication from the very start, always quick to respond to any questions I had but I often didn't need to ask any as they covered it all!
As first time buyers, we didn't know what to expect but the team made this a really easy part of the process and we very much appreciated the call from the surveyor on the day of the survey to give us a summary of his findings in advance of the report.
