Really happy with this service + they are fairly priced compared to other companies. They surveyed my first purchase so was quite a big deal and the surveyor picked up on quite a few things which helped negotiate the price down!

There are many service providers for homebuyer survey that are available in the market. I searched and connected with several ones. I chose Westside because I felt it was one of the best and certainly the cheapest. I am very satisfied with the service I received. It was professional, efficient and very prompt. The report was detailed enough and clear and the surveyor called me to discuss the report and give me an overview of the main issues that I need to further investigate. I found that to be very helpful to have before I went to the property and paid specific attention to issues on flagged in the report. Overall, Westside provided me with an excellent service.

We needed a Home Buyer’s Survey, this was carried out swiftly with the minimum of fuss. The terms were very competitive with the invoice to be paid after receipt of the draft report. We would recommend this business.

Building survey was arranged very quickly. I received a call on the day where the surveyor gave me a run down of all the main points found and this was followed up by the draft survey a few days later. Great service!

Used these guys for our home buyers survey - they were really quick and efficient, polite and kept us informed throughout the (speedy) process. Survey booked for 7 days after requested, got a helpful call back from Jamie immediately after conducted with a briefing on findings, and draft report within 5 working days. We were given an opportunity to review and raise questions, and once all approved and payment made the full report was provided on the same day. Casey was very responsive and friendly. Good value as well - definitely recommend!

Well that was the question I asked myself, with it being 30+ years since I last purchased a property. Thankfully a friend recommended Westley of Westside Services and that worked out so well. Having been sent some samples on the range of Surveys available, I opted for the full building survey. This was arranged by Westside, with the Vendors, within a day and the survey carried out within the week. I was then given a telephone call outlining the issues found, that thankfully in our case were few, before getting the draft survey for review within a week of the inspection. Westley was most helpful in answering any follow up questions that I had and was supported back at the office by Casey who was very quick and polite in her responses to my e-mails. So I was very happy with the service provided and now have confidence in the property that we are purchasing and the added comfort of the report. So would have no hesitation in recommending Westside - should anyone ask me that question! Thank you Westley and Casey for your help.
