Love using this card to give pocket money to my teenagers. I can control and see how and where they spend it. Also customer support is quick!

I use this Card all the time .. in all denominations… very useful for travel so I don’t overspend on my budgets. Perfect . And i like the anoninity of using it . It’s great

I have recently started using Weststein card and I could not be happier. I'm traveling a lot and with Weststein card I always get cheaper hotel prices, last trip to Dubai in November I even got 50% off compared to online price. Got to love a good deal!

This company or bank should not be trusted, bad service and communication. no respect for it clients. retaining people funds for no reason, charging fee for nothing even for retrieving pin-code. i am lucky i was suspicious and did not put inn a lot of fund. this people are disrespectful even when communicating. Stay away please from this fake bank. I wonder who is the CEO of this entity ?

It seems concerning and fraudulent when you retain funds that do not belong to you. I have duly provided all the required documentation as per your request, yet I am unable to access my funds. I am sharing this online to warn others about the potential risks associated with trusting your services, as it appears to be a fraudulent operation. This company should be held accountable for their actions. I kindly request your support in bringing attention to the truth, as this company is wrongfully taking people's money and fails to respond to emails. They are withholding funds and imposing charges under the guise of an unmanageable account. This is a significant scam, and I demand the return of my funds.

My Account got Closed, no Chance to get my Money they are Holding it now for 4 MONTHS!!!!!!
After 1 Month i got an e-mail that i need that to do:
1. specify the purpose for WestStein card account usage;
2. send us information about the flow of funds through your WestStein card account (who is the money sender/receiver);
3. provide us with the documents which match the activity and volume of funds on the account (agreement, payment orders, payslips etc);
4. send us selfie (self-portrait photography) with identification document (colored, clearly visible, good quality scanned copy/photography of ID card, passport or drivers licence).

The 3 First things are okay but i need to send an selfie with my passport via E-Mail? no way!!!!
this is Frauf they are not allowed to ask for that per E-Mail!!!!
i dont want my Money i know its gone But PLEASE Watch Out from This Bank!!!!
They tryed to delete this review about 5 Times now i always need to send Proofs.
So watch out more!!!

Reading all these negative comments I wasn’t sure but then I registered and let me say it was so easy to register. I haven’t had a problem with Weststein. This card is great for my Upwork profile from my freelance work.

Have been using this service for a while, I ran into some issues. But they sorted it out. So I am very happy with their service.

Complete joke this place is unbelievable I have sent my documents off 10 times in 7 days comes back as failed I have emailed customer care at least 20 times and they just send automated email that the pics need better resolution how can this be whenbim using a high definition camera pics are crystal clear they don't care at all just same automated email each time it's been disgraceful I'm so glad I found this out now before actually putting money in and them doing the same thing Stay clear people it's just a matter of time these fraudsters will take your money and send automated messages

WARNING ! They blocked my card. I asked to be refunded. Since more than 6 months the asked documents. I sent all the papers needed and I am waiting to be refunded. No news and no acces to my money. I think i will lost arround 1000eur

i have received money but this is now stuck on weststein. I have made several requests to close my account and transfer the money to my iban. I get below you see the email from weststein. I have contacted the sender his bank can not do this. weststein does not offer me a solution. this has been going on for over a few months now these are crooks

The mail i got :

WestStein Ltd is the program manager.  The sender's bank must contact the issuer for Your WestStein Prepaid Mastercard Card and provider of the Payment Services is PFS Card Services Ireland Limited.   They need a recall & indemnity from the remitting bank in order to return any remaining funds.

Great card for family needs.
We use Weststein card to send pocket money to our children, money transfers are fast and easy. I still can keep control over their spending, while teaching good money management habits.

Weststein prepaid mastercard is perfect for traveller like me. Card is accepted everywhere, if you need you can withdraw cash worldwide. I reccomend.
