Update from yesterday there is a company with a similar name and the same seemingly disconnected phone number at the same address.The date when it seemingly opened to the publicwpublic was 16/4/2025

Unlike previous orders, an order placed March 17th never arrived. Email gets bounce back (no longer exists) and no phone number on website - no way of contacting. Do not order.

as other reviews, order was never sent and no way of contacting the company that would get a response

We have ordered from this company on many occasions and no problems until now! Ordered our usual order and had confirmation through but haven't heard anything since, no response to emails and now emails are bouncing back!

Going to take it up with my bank and hopefully get my money back!

Firstly, I have used this company a few times in the past with no issues. Fast forward to now..... totally different experience!!. Order confirmation and Evri tracking details sent but that's as far as it goes. Almost a month later and no updates whatsoever. Tried emailing and calling to check the reason for the delay, phone line constantly busy and no reply to emails. I have now started the refund process with the bank. Although I ordered through wholesalesweetsuk.co.uk my card statement shows the transaction as go sweets. Avoid both companies at this moment in time.

Complete Scam of a company. I used to use this company for sweet deliveries, always took a while, but now you never receive the order and they don't answer emails and their phone number just hangs up on one ring.

Reported to the fraud team at my bank. Claiming a Section 75 on my Credit Card.

Ordered goods from here…..took the money and never sent the goods. I have emailed twice with no response. Don’t buy from this website

Never received order and no response to any emails. Have reported to bank fraud team. SCAM WEBSITE!!

Made a purchase but the goods have never arrived and the tracking information hasn't been updated. Bank has been contacted so hopefully a full refund will be issued. Company have since taken down website/ hidden website and are bouncing back any emails sent to them

Order 21551 spent £114.88 I never received my order, they emailed saying a problem with there system and order has been refunded, it was a lie, I had to claim from my bank they said it was the banks fault another lie, I spoke to bank do not order of these people untrustworthy and ignore emails and don't answer the phone

Should have read the reviews, ordered but nothing arrived. Evri tracker not updated so out of pocket. Clearly a scam

Do not order anything from this company.

Placed an order for throat lozenges, got order details and got a notification that Evri were expecting the delivery and that was it.

Sent three emails to and have received nothing back.

Same as all the other reviews. Wish I'd read them before ordering. Paid £9.95 for express delivery - goods still haven't arrived and party was at the weekend so no longer required. Emails being ignored, No phone number on website but managed to find one by googling. Just cuts off. Have raised a dispute with card company to try and get my money back.

I have had exactly same experience as many on here with this company. Late order processing, unable to contact them, received email saying parcel sent by evri, untrue they booked a parcel but never sent it, checked with evri. They are now not bouncing emails back as unable to deliver, just ignoring them instead. I have raised a case for possible recovery of my money through my bank. They really are a shower this lot. Learn from my mistake, avoid like the plague. The site needs shutting down

Goods ordered at the beginning of Nov. Confirmation email received followed by Evri 'we're expecting your parcel' email. Still, on 13 Jan 2025, no goods have arrived.
Tried contacting the company several times to no avail. The website and branding have completely changed now and the contact number that had been on their website is now gone.
Their site says 'if we fail to meet our delivery standards and timelines, we'll refund you plus 10%'. That's no good if noone can get hold of the company!!
I'm having to go through my credit card company for chargeback. Thank goodness I used the credit card for this one!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered some wholesale pick n mix for a party, the order was placed 25th December.
After receiving the confirmation email, no further contact on shipping I emailed them directly.
I received an email response saying my order would be with me on 3rd January.
It never arrived. I’ve reached out that day to ask if it was still coming, no response.
I’ve since tried to email again and my emails are returning undelivered.
Telephone contact is also unsuccessful.
I’ve since raised a dispute with my bank to get the money back and won’t be making this mistake again.

Order of £114 for express delivery on 20/12/24. Christmas sweets for family, still not received 07/01/25. Emails returned undelivered stating address doesn't exist. Courier tracking reports awaiting package from sender. No other contact option

My partner ordered a Christmas present about a week before christmas and emailed as we had not recieved it. They confirmed it will arrive bt 3rd Jan and it hasn't and now all emails are not sending to the email address anymore. DO NOT order off of this website

Another person scammed by this horrible company. Placed an order for a school Christmas Fair fundraised and never received it- was told I would receive a refund and never did. The email address now just bounces back and the phone number doesn't connect. Shocking

Unfortunately there is no option to leave zero stars!

I, like a lot of people, have placed an order, not received it and thereafter received an email about a “migration to a new website” and experiencing a “data loss”. Which I now realise is a lot of rubbish.

The people running this company have STOLEN hundreds, probably even thousands of pounds from innocent people for their own financial gain. SICK!

I was told I would receive a refund, which again like everyone have not received and clearly never will.
I can only hope their horrible act catches up with them.
You don’t fail to deliver and keep everyone’s money!!

I have also sent several emails with no response and I have tried calling but no surprise, the number doesn’t connect.
