No delivery, No communication, no phone answered, should have read this before I placed x 2 orders, have reported to CAB, my bank are dealing with whoever these fraudsters are. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WHOLESALE SWEETS UK COMPANY, make sure it’s the right company as there are 2 similar names.

Do not use this company. Placed an order on 20.10.24, half the order arrived 3 weeks later. Emailed and they advised they would resend the remaining items ordered. Still waiting for these. Have emailed them numerous times and also tried to call - no reply on email and the phone number does not work.

It appears I have also been caught up by what is an apparent scam or poorly run company. Same issue on status with Evri. No update on my order or earlier email. And when trying to call their number it goes straight to a busy tone. Not much hope in getting my money back at this point. However I will now look to take action against any individuals involved in the company. Their chat function on the website was last active in February 2024 which is also not a good sign.

Ordered from these before and all items arrived but this time 2 weeks and nothing. No response to emails, status from Evri saying ' expecting your order ' and reading reviews this is clearly a on going thing with these scammers. People avoid, going through the bank now to sort a refund of over £130 worth of items.

This company are the biggest bunch of scammers on the planet. Placed an order for £45 and was told that it would be delivered within a day or two. They provided a fake tracking number and the order didn't arrive! After emailing them several times, they said that they would send another order out straight away for next day delivery - needless to say this didn't arrive either. Again emailed them and requested a refund - they said that this would be done - 3 weeks later NOTHING! £45 down the drain.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS - I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM.

Terrible experience with Wholesalesweetsuk (not to be confused with wholesale sweets by Hancocks), wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I placed a £130 order & received a delivery update a few days later. This Evri delivery status never changed from “we’re expecting it” & it’s clearly a way for the company to pretend they’re sending your order without doing so. Chased them for a month getting occasional replies lying about my order being resent. After a month I had to request a refund through my bank. Since found out from the manufacturer of the sweets I ordered that they are not currently in stock anywhere in the UK, so WholesalesweetsUK are scamming customers when “selling” them. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

3 orders placed, all stating wait for Evri supposed to be next day delivery. No response to emails, chat not active since Feb2024. A total scam. Reporting to trading standards via C.A.B. Had to get charge back to get refund.

What a joke of a company.
Placed an order, paid extra for express delivery, received a message from evri saying they where expecting the parcel, that was 4 weeks ago.
Since then i have tried calling and sent numerous emails and still mot had one reply.
Absolute scumbags.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I am only giving 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.
Ordered on 30th October. Received notification from Evri to say they were waiting to receive it on 4th November then nothing. No response from any emails so please save your money and shop somewhere else.

Do not buy! Just part of the order arrived. Were chasing for couple of months. No product and no refund. They stole £22.04 of me. Just promises.

Avoid, you won’t receive your goods

Have not sent a missing item from my order in AUGUST. Not responding to my emails. I would not recommend this company.

Got my money back via bank chargeback. The company was uncontactable by me or my bank.
I will never use this company again. Con artists.

This is how it works.
You purchase an order like I did for £84.
They will send you round about £10 worth of sweets, With no invoice, Mine was a box, from a sweet Company in Dundee.
You then complain And they will ignore your emails . Or if lucky enough you may get a reply like I did from a 12 year-old manager! With absolutely no people skills.Telling me I’m rude and that they are going to get solicitors on me! Proper playground stuff!
And they say they will Refund you for the missing sweets without them even knowing what is missing!
Honestly, one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had! Which leaves me to only put this down as a scam looking at all the other reviews over the last year!

KARMA WILL GET YOU!

Rogue Company – Avoid at All Costs

Order did not arrive despite receiving tracking details. No updates were made to the tracking status, suggesting it was never delivered to the courier company.

No response to emails sent.

I ordered 4 boxes of sweets, 3 turned up. I then emailed them (no phone number provided) 3 separate times, eventually got a short reply saying they'll send out the missing sweets, never received anything or heard from them again!

Placed an order, delivered the wrong item, emailed requesting replacement order, no response. Tried ringing but unable to get an answer. Tried email again and no response. How on earth do people like this stay in business?

All ok, only place online that had the items I needed, paid for express shipping and was delivered in 2 days.

Absolutely shocking company. Received my order after over 2 weeks only to find the majority of it missing.
No response on email and no other point of contact so I’d strongly suggest buying your sweets elsewhere.

To be fair I did panic a bit when Evri were awaiting receipt of goods for several days, I emailed on 2 separate days, no reply, phoned 0161-302-8146 - not connected, then I read these reviews and decided to 'jump ship' and get my money back quick via chargeback! Wow, suddenly I get an Evri update and the 2.75 kg jar arrived within 24 hours, 7 days after ordering. I was then absolutely fine but did notice that 'Carl Brooks' of Brooks Discount Ltd only paid Evri for 1 kilo, and got away with it! Due to total lack of response to emails/telephone it's probably best to go elsewhere next time I'm thinking?
