Outstanding customer service
Just visited the Alton branch and received really excellent customer service from Maz, who was super friendly and helpful and went to a lot of trouble to find the items we needed amongst stock that hadn’t yet been unpacked from their storage area.

Great in-store experience today. Very helpful guy named Guyo, had a good laugh and was excellent at involving my kids in the process of mixing paints for some colours I had made for my son’s bedroom! It's a nice change in retail to find someone who genuinely wants to help! Thanks again, Guyo.

Alton Wickes best for customer service
