I would like to highlight the great customer service my husband and l received in store from Afraim and Anna.

We came in to just look at the floors tiles in store and we had a lot of questions regarding the product which were all answered. We were never made to feel rushed or an inconvenience. They took their time and demonstrated their knowledge and expertise.
I highly recommend this store because of these wonderful people and we will recommend to family and our friends.

Great experience and professional service.

Afrim & Anna were so helpful, Wicks in Crystal Palace is my favourite place to go. They couldn’t do enough to help and advise me on the best materials to get for the jobs I needed to do. Honestly, I can’t rave enough about these two legends, it means a lot to come into a store and have fantastic customer service with people going above and beyond. You guys are the best. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I went in with a big project on my hands, feeling a bit overwhelmed, but thanks to Ben and Joe, everything went better than I could have hoped for.

Ben at the till was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He set the tone for my visit, making me feel at ease and comfortable asking questions. His cheerful demeanor and genuine interest in my project were exactly what I needed. Ben took care of the checkout process efficiently, making sure I had all the essentials before moving forward with my plans.

Then, I met Joe, who was a true lifesaver when it came to selecting the right paint. I had a vision but needed guidance, and Joe took the time to understand the look and feel I was going for. His knowledge was impressive – he walked me through the best options for custom building and paint works, sharing tips and advice I’d never have thought of. Joe’s help meant I left with the perfect color and finish to make my vision come to life.

Both Ben and Joe went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and supported. Thanks to their expertise, I’m thrilled with my choices, and my project turned out beautifully. This level of service is rare, and I’ll definitely be back for future projects!

Went into Wickes Anerley looking for some advice with flooring and was helped by Charlie who had a good level of knowledge and also great customer service

Had a very good experience with Wickes at Anerley. Sree was amazing as she talked us through the process as well as coming to our house to help with the bathroom design.
Our installer was Mitch. He was a great worker and very professional. Bathroom looks great and we would certainly use him again.

In regards to my visit at wickes over this year's I was so excited to have a chance to speak with Charlie Campbell while looking for a wooden flooring for my house. Because I was in two minds of what I was thinking of doing and help me to find the best one that in the shop to full my needs . I then explained to him that I work at James Dixon Primary school and from there he explained what wickes do and how much they are doing for the community. Because of this, I would like to say wickes is a good thing to have in our life and communities.

I went for a kitchen consultation today and was blown away by Sree’s knowledge and expertise. She went through 3 different options for my kitchen dimension and applied discounts until the desired target amount was hit. Sree was very helpful and polite and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with herself and Wickes. Thank you so much! Highly recommend Sree at the Anerley Wickes branch.
Whilst I give this consultant a 5 star review because she was amazing I have to say the other people within wicked team aren’t so nice. We have had nothing but problems with this kitchen and the customer service is so shocking we are left shaking our heads. We’ve lost money and time and would never EVER buy a kitchen, bathroom or kitchen from WICKES again.
