Returned an online order to the Baguley…
Returned an online order to the Baguley store and asked for help unloading it from the car, two members of staff, Ike and Sam could not have been more helpful, they grabbed a trolley each and unloaded the whole order then took it into store. Sam then dealt with the the return and refund. Both super happy to help, patient and absolute stars

Always a friendly service
Visited Wickes several timrs over the ladt month after buying a new apartment. I have served by Ike several times. He always greets with a smile and a friendly attitude. Great customer service all round.
