Very helpful and welcoming staff, especially the tall blonde member of staff with glasses (didn’t get a chance to grab his name….) answered every question I had, went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed :)

I travelled 12 miles to store.
Guttering item i required was out of stock.
Checkout assistant very polite but, stock was showing as 14 in stock on computer although 0 in stock.
He was unable to discover when stock will be replenished.
