We had a kitchen measure up with Rita, she was a Design Consultant.
Rita was on time, all smiles & professional. We bought 👍 !

Chris was fantastic! Went into get some paint but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. He checked the system to update me it would be coming in this morning. I arrived but the delivery was still be worked through so he took my number and messages once they had processed and located via delivery. First class service and really nice gentleman.

Rita did a great design for my kitchen. Price was competitive, and quality seemed good.

There weren't enough of the wall tiles I needed on the shelf so I went to the cash desk to order some more. The assistant was very busy but said he could help … he did a quick stock check, the tiles I needed were in stock but needed to be retrieved from the warehouse. Another member of staff took over, sorted out what I needed and when I paid for them he very helpfully took them to my car and loaded them up for me. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them.
I should also add that the tiles were exactly what were needed to complete the project and they were very competitively priced as well.
All round a very positive experience.

I have recently ordered my dream kitchen from Wickes and I can say that Jamie was amazing in discussing what my requirements were. I was quite useless at times but Jamie took time and care to show my sister and I all possible options (sister was there as moral support as I might not have walked in). I can't thank Jamie enough for holding my hand through the whole process and not judging my current kitchen. A real asset to Wickes. Met the fitter yeasterday and he was also fab.

She is remarkably knowledgeable and took the time to explain all our options without any pressure. What stood out most was how well she listened; she captured exactly what we were looking for in the layout. She was patient throughout the entire consultation and maintained a warm, professional attitude that made us feel very valued. A true asset to the Wickes team!

Rita was great! She came to our house measured and discussed our budget. She did an amazing job designing our bathroom and keeping it within our budget. She incorporated all the items that we wanted without compromising the design and again all within our budget. If the installation goes half as smoothly as the design process we will be over the moon. Very well pleased!

Staff were very helpful when ordering as i needed specific products for my elderly father

I went online and ordered fences panels and other heavy stuff. Everything arrived on the day I picked, I was told in advance when my delivery was arriving. The driver was helpful too. No damaged goods either. The prices for what I ordered was fair and the £4 delivery charge I thought, was very reasonable. I will shop with them again.

Recently bought kitchen from Wickes for my BTL. Kitchen was designed by Rita Bosnjak at Birkenhead branch. She was brilliant in providing all the guidance and support to get the best possible outcome considering the size and budget constraints we were working with. She was amazing and will recommend her for a design work.

We got a new kitchen designed and fitted by Wickes for my mum and the experience was mixed.
The design of the kitchen was fine and the quality of the units was good but the fitting wasn’t great. The actual units are fine but the tiling and the flooring are not great. The finishing was poor really, there were little gaps between the walls and the units which I have now caulked. I also had to fill a long strip which was too small to tile between the door and a cupboard.
There was nothing major but lots of little annoyances I would have expected the fitter to do.
No threshold strip fitted on the new floor.
Doors that opened and hit walls.
Caulk/silicone not done.
Like I said, nothing major but things which should have been done by the fitters.

What a bunch of lazy clowns. Just standing at doing nothing. I’m off to B&Q

Do not buy a kitchen from these clowns. Absolute joke what they consider 'quality' and a fine example of dreadful service. Avoid at all costs.

Having applied for some free paint for a Community project, I was astounded by the generosity of the manager Will Gilbert. Thank you to everyone associated with Wickes for being so kind and helpful.

We had a visit from Neve from our local store. She was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. Totally recommend.

I visited the Birkenhead store on Thursday afternoon 19th February. Mark was so helpful - he couldn't do enough for me - Wickes you are lucky to have a man who gives such great customer service!
