A great experience with Jing!
Jing was the kitchen designer we used at Wickes for my Aunt’s kitchen. At first she visited the house and because my Aunt is disabled and unable to get out easily, Jing went out of her way to bring some samples for her to see.
She then listened to the brief and produced a great design.

When I went into store she spent time with me to adapt the kitchen to ensure it was within budget.

Our overall experience of designing, ordering and delivery of our new kitchen was excellent. This is mostly due to our designer, Imran Ali, at Blackheath, who nursed our project from beginning to end. His attention to detail and ability to trouble shoot issues were second to none. He turned our ideas into a working design, maximising space and function. He also turned up at the flat on time to measure up, ensured that the kitchen was delivered in good time, followed up on a few loose ends, and maintained contact to check that the kitchen installation, which we organised separately, was going to plan. Thank you, Imran. Needless to say, we like our new kitchen as well!

Vik had us well looked after from the start with our kitchen project. Unlike other companies, he came to visit early on and took the time to speak with us about what we wanted to do. It was so helpful to chat through options in the room itself. As we worked though the iterations of the design, Vik had loads of great ideas and tips. We had an awkward kitchen and Vik took it in his stride. Vik kept us posted through the fitting and we're so pleased with the result.
Infact we were so pleased with Vik's help on our kitchen, we went straight back to him for our bathroom renovation too!
Vik has been all over the details, patient, inventive and invaluable. It's been great to work with him. Couldn't recommend more. Thank you.

If you ever get the joy of working with Jing Wang from the Blackheath branch, you are in the best hands. As first time homeowners, we were anxious about the quality and honesty of kitchen designers. The minute we met Jing we clicked and felt like we were in safe hands. She actively reached out to ensure we’re still happy with the home visit we’d booked and she was so warm and friendly. When she came round she was professional, respectful and had some amazing advice. She was super understanding (and honest when necessary!) about our requests and needs. She worked well within our budget and made sure we chose quality items. She was accommodating when we outsourced other items and was so patient. Honestly, we couldn’t have imagined a better kitchen designer. Her ample experience and understanding of kitchens is paramount to the quality of work and we are sad it’s all over! A big shoutout to Nas and his team of fitters, who were finished within 5 days but were also so respectful and helpful. They answered all our questions and were resourceful with off cuts and finishing touches. Our new kitchen is amazing and we can’t believe what an incredible turn around it has been. Jing took my initial thoughts and ideas and turned them into a kitchen design that was exactly what I wanted.
After the initial design I met with Jing two further times to fine-tune the design and answer any queries I had. She couldn't have been more helpful, it was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her design skills to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

Jing Wang was great in the presales and designing a bathroom and en-suite shower room for me. She managed to get a great fitter allocated and the jobs were completed to a high spec and quicker than expected. I’ll definitely be back to see Jing for other projects.

From start to finish, the customer service experience was excellent. Vik Bungsraz (Blackheath branch) was very helpful in guiding me on each step of the project from the home survey, designing and choosing materials for the project. He brought my design vision to life and made life easy for me throughout the process and I am so grateful to him! Wickes was overall super helpful in providing step by step management of each process, which made my project as stress-free as it could possibly be. The installers they selected did an amazing job, were extremely professional and completed the job to a high standard and the customer experience coordinator, Garry, was always on hand to answer any questions and follow up any issues that I had.

The good about this company is honesty 👌 and clear information.
The designer too his time to make sure I understood everything, The time I was given for the kitchen to be completed was short where I thought it cannot be, but it was surprise the work was completed in time, clean work, clean commination with all throughout the progress. Wickes has never been on the top of my list to buy my DIY products, but it is now. I walked into the Blackheath branch for the second time in a week, picked up what I needed and headed to the till. I had a very warm reception from Karima. We had a pleasant conversation, which made me forget how miserable the day had been. Thank you, Karima for your assistance. You've definitely put a smile on my face. Good cutomer service is hard to come by.
