Excellent service for a complete bathroom re-fit from designer Suchita & colleagues at Wickes Borehamwood. No new bathroom is cheap but this felt like real value for money given the problem-solving, customer-focused approach, with expertise and great product knowledge rather than a hard sell. Good range of quality products. I used the Wickes recommended installers who worked hard & were very professional, checking all details with me as they went along. I appreciated having the customer service centre available by phone & email to organise delivery (6 deliveries on the same day), pro-actively check up on progress and arrange removal of skip bag, very friendly & efficient. (NB. Fortunately there were 2 of us at home on delivery day, some of Wickes' suppliers really do only deliver heavy items to the front door.)

Dulcy was very supportive with service on maybank holiday mon, to us ;buying & sellingretractable hozelock garden reel from her experience.She was happy to order the reel for delivery tuesday.Well done Dulcy and Wickes ,i'll be returning again🍻🥰

Do not buy your Sika brick and patio cleaner at Wickes, they are charging £13.00 for 5 litre go to builder depot where it is only £3.59 for 5 litre, I was under the impression that Wickes were the better value of the sheds, maybe they used to be, I’ll be looking around in future.

I couldn’t find what I needed but Jason stepped in, found everything quickly and also gave some advice on how to fix it. Great service, friendly with a smile :-)

I was looking for something very specific - a small bolt for my greenhouse - and couldn't find it on the shelves. Dulcy went out of her way to help me. She had a hunch what I needed was there and searched until eventually she found it. I had already failed in another shop, so was really grateful to her. Plus she was extremely friendly and we had a good laugh about it all. Excellent service all round!

Terrible for disabled you got workmen in vans parking in all the disabled bays with no badges.
Hard for us with mobility issues
Complain to the store they do nothing

I had my bathroom fitted last year.
It’s still under warranty.
Had a leak under the bath and couldn’t get hold of anybody to come and fix it.
Customer service absolutely poor

Had a 500 3 draw base unit delivered but it arrived incomplete. Wickes will not replace the missing part. They scam you into buying another unit so I can complete my draw cupboard.
Can not replace or buy missing part from order unless I purchase a complete unit. I have spent over £10k in the last 18months poor business and customer service I will not continue with my £33k new kitchen I will be taking my services else where, all for the sake of missing draw.

We were served by Suhail. He was incredibly obliging and helpful and went out of his way to help us choose and to advise us.
He answered all of our questions and should be highly commended for his communication skills and helpfulness

I visited 3 different suppliers in last week and found Wickes designer is best. They are the ones who provided their professional advice in planning whereas others just showed what they got and left for us to design or just copied what we got.

My click and collect goods were waiting for me.
I need other stuff and Ownet and Dulcy were very helpful.
The store is well laid out, very tidy and well stocked.

Came into the store looking for a paint. I couldn't find it so I ask the staff member called Kam if they could help. He asked what one it was and then took me to shelf it was on. Couldn't be happier with the service

What can I say he went beyond my expectations of customer service, he needs to teach company’s , what a people’s person is , I had a 💯 percent service ,

Hi, been coming to borehamwood Wickes regularly as I’m a plumber and live local. Been served by a guy called Suhail who’s been AMAZING. Approachable and very very helpful.Very polite and respectful and willing to go extra mile to get what you need.

We were helped by a lady called Dulcy she was incredibly helpful especially as my 83 year old mother was dreading going to purchase paint and items needed. Dulcy answered questions wood painting, mixed paint colours advised cleaning products this lady is such an asset to you..
Go in and find her she is delightful

I had a brilliant experience with Jason at Wickes in Borehamwood. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and incredibly patient. He was quick to assist me and took the time to make sure I fully understood everything—nothing was rushed or overlooked. It really made a difference to feel so well supported. Thank you, Jason!

I wanted to replace the damaged toilet seat that came with the bathroom I had bought from Wickes a couple years back the manager went all out , checked my bathroom order from back then to get exact specifications, placed the order tracked it and informed me of the delivery date, customer service per excellence , thank you to the manager and his team
