We went into Wickes Brentwood a couple of weeks ago.A staff member called Austin was a great help & gave us lots of advice. Was very helpful will definitely be visiting again soon.

Wickes brentwood.
Booked in an appointment with wickes, was excited to get our bathroom done. A bloke rung us up and said ill be around on Friday and it's going to cost 8 to 12 grand. We were a little surprised because we hadn't discussed anything we wanted. He turned up on the Friday, walked into the bathroom and he said this is going to cost 10 to 12 grand again without a discussion about what we wanted. He asked if were prepared to pay 10 grand and I asked him for what, he said a new bathroom lol. I asked him to leave. Terrible service and an absolute waste of my time.
Not 1 item was shown to us, just dodgy salesman wanting a quick sale. Saw my house and thought I'll get these. He did not.
GET A BATHROOM FITTER IN AND BUY IT FROM VICTORIA PLUMB. WORKS OUT HALF THE PRICE
You have my details as requested and you done nothing with the information. To be expected I guess. But why bother asking for the details?

Very helpful advice.

I needed someone to carry a large tin of paint for me from the shop and put it in to my car, and Anthony in the Brentwood store yesterday (saturday) was great, nothing was too much trouble! First class service!!
