We went into Wickes Brentwood a couple of weeks ago.A staff member called Austin was a great help & gave us lots of advice. Was very helpful will definitely be visiting again soon.

We had Navdeep from Wickes in Brentwood as our design consultant for our new kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about Nav he explained everything in detail & made suggestions that we hadn’t even thought of. In addition he was polite, courteous & very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Wickes.

My planner was Navdeep at the Brentwood branch.. From start to finish he was always helpful. Even when I had tiles left over, which the supplier for Wickes wouldn't refund, he sorted it out for me and got me my refund. Really happy with my bathroom and toiler

Fraud and intimidation BEWARE
A more detailed review is to follow, but I need to warn people immediately about the fraudulent activity being carried out by the kitchen fitters endorsed by Wickes. The kitchen fitting company recommended by Wickes tried to charge their 3% bank card machine usage fees to my elderly 91 year old relative on top of the deposit amount. This is highly illegal. We were also withholding part payment of the final balance for payment of work that was not carried out, but my elderly relative was told that they would charge £50 a day charges for late payment and send round debt recovery. You can guess what my frail 91 year old relative did. I am in the process of taking this matter further BUT BE WARNED, THE FITTERS WE WERE SUPPLIED ARE LIARS AND CROOKS.

Great.
Having had our kitchen made over by Wickes a few years ago we decided they were the people for our bathroom revamp. This was one of our get best decisions. From initial design (by Naz of Wickes Brentwood) through to final completion everything was fine. The fitting team lead by John aka Elvis were also excellent. My wife and I are extremely satisfied.

In answer to my review 4 days ago, you asked me for the order number and said you would look into the problem. Having given you this, So far, no one has contacted me or answered my email to customer services. Tomorrow the Wickes rubbish from my kitchen installation would have been on my drive for five weeks. I am an honest person and would like to think that those who work for Wickes are too! Answer me this, do you intend to remove the rubbish? I am 70 years old, I care for a husband and son who are both disabled by medical conditions that make life very difficult. If Wickes have a contract with Hippo, what is stopping you from asking them to come and collect the loose rubbish from my drive? How would you at Wickes react if the rubbish was left on your drive. It comes down to honesty. When will you collect the rubbish???
