We were fortunate to have Wahida to deal with the planning of our kitchen: she was professional, knowledgeable and, more importantly, for us, she was patient.
Wahida is a fine ambassador for the Wickes brand!

Top service from Jack at the Bury store. Needed a kitchen cabinet door, Jack confirmed it was not in stock, checked all local stores and then ordered it for home delivery. Took him less that 10 mins, sorted.
A credit to the store.

Sue was amazing who works at the bury branch. Was so helpful. She noticed her collegue was not helpful when we asked for support, and sue came to us herself asking if we still needed help. It felt like collegue didnt want to be at work. But sue was amazing and deffinatly deserves the 5 stars

I came into the Bury store today and staff employee Hannah was an amazing help!! I was struggling to find what I was looking for and she was incredibly friendly and accomodating! 10/10 customer service, she was very efficient and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Fantastic experience last year with Alima Begum the design consultant at Wickes, Bury. Alima is friendly, transparent, professional and down-to-earth; a great communicator, with an excellent eye for design. We were grateful for her patience, expertise and guidance regarding the design and installation of our new kitchen (which we absolutely love). The kitchen fitter Darren also did an excellent job on the install. A great experience all round with Wickes. We are now getting a bathroom installed too (again with Alima's help, so we know we are in safe hands).

Welcomed by Hannah as walked in. Found items that we required, prompt and helpful.
Only downside to location is barriers on entry and exit.

We visited Wickes/Bury for a kitchen and was seen by Wahida the design consultant who gave us professional advice backed up by sound knowledge of kitchens, she was so helpful nothing was to much trouble and planned everything for us, after Wahida had been round to measure up we received plans and a AI visual of what it would look like. We can honestly say a great experience and first class service. 5 🌟

They never turned up.

Just to say 'Thanks'very much for the help to get something loaded in the car as we are disabled .It was absolutely a rain downpour and he said it was no problem. Just to tell him thanks.

Stopped by Wickes Bury and was helped by James and Sue. Both were really polite, easy to talk to, and knew their stuff. They made everything straightforward and stress-free, which I appreciated. Solid service all round.

Absolute rubbish . Booked a large delivery order 5 days before . On morning of delivery I get a 3pm to 7pm delivery timescale so Wickes expect you to stay on site till 7pm ? They duly turned up at 9pm ,what kind of delivery timescale is that ? Just roll over to next day at a decent time.
Back to selco from now on who deliver before 5 . I don't want to wait till 9pm to receive a order from a branch 5 miles away !!
Ended up having my daughter on site to take delivery as I had waited 15 hours on site for delivery.

Went to bury shop and the service i got as soon as i walked in was fantastic no bother for anyone got my shed and lots of advise off steve cheers also sue on the tills i will be back soon

I want to express my gratitude & thanks to the Bury BL9 5AQ store for their much appreciated generosity towards helping our local community garden areas. Special thanks to Peter, the store supervisor for his assistance.

Alima helped plan and design our kitchen, I did the build myself 21 units plinth's spice racks, coffee station, additional legs for units and corner pieces, the measurements and fitment along with quality blown away ! Alima covered every hinge nut and screw. I would and already have recommended Wickes Bury to design and supply all kitchen needs, Alima is a SuperStar.

I purchased a kitchen which was delivered fine. Then my fitter identified that there were extra boxes and contacting them, I was referred to different departments which I told them, someone is missing their kitchen items please come pick them but only to be told they can’t “help” me. I’ve now been asked to dispose them which is a cost I will incur to hire a van. Very poor customer care service. If I could only give them a no star. I will have to send them a bill for disposal because I cannot pay for their inadequacies

I went for a kitchen quote today. I met with Wahida, the kitchen specialist. Absolutely outstanding service! I am on a very tight budget, and I was made to feel like I was buying the top end bespoke kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, she explained everything in a really kind and professional manner. To say I went with measurements on the smallest of papers, she went through it with patience and a with great attitude. I was not pushed in any way and she was happy to amend things as and when I changed my mind. I have come away to think but I must say because of Wahida, I will be back. She is a real gem and an asset to the store.

Abbie served us today and she really was an amazing girl and took our terrible humour very well we never leave disappointed

We came to the Bury store for some wood to build some garden beds. The lengths of some were longer than we needed and we did not have the appropriate tools at home.Steve W was more than happy to help and went the extra mile, cutting the timbers to the desired length.
