Wickes - Bury Reviews 

Booked a home bathroom design appointment for a Saturday had multiple email reminders in the run up to the appointment. The appointment time came and I waited for the design consultant to arrive but she never showed up shocking customer service no phone call explanation, message, nothing! Complete waste of time.

Bury depo has the worst staff on the till I have ever experienced, they can't be bothered to speak. You have to guess which till they want to use, then you as a customer have to offer way your paying, the need for a receipt and no offer of a thank you is utter disrespectful to people keeping them in work.

Used Wickes bathroom design sevice which I’d totally recommend! Went in with a vague idea came out with a great new look! The range of fittings wickes has is plentiful and the expert advice guided us through any potential pitfalls. Using Wickes fitting service and now looking forward to the end result! Thank you Wickes!

Hannah was excellent in her customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Hannah was helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable on the day and made the visit to Wickes very pleasurable.

Bury Wickes is fantastic due to excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Great for tradesmen as early and late opening times. Also 10% off trade card is a great help.

Recieved a phone call the day before the appointment to cancel as I was to far away.
YET, the store came up on the options list, I had booked it 3 weeks earlier, and the person calling waa not apologetic at all, just talked about the mileage.

No customer service, no help, glad I had Howdens booked in for later that afternoon - who were fantastic btw.

Was served by Abbie who helped me find the product I was after and took the extra step to show me instead of directions with a smile on her face and very approachable and polite just wanted to show my appreciation

I had an appointment for 2 pm and took the day off from work. And in the end, no one from Wickes showed up.

I came into the store looking for ideas for outdoor paint and must have walked past it about six times, I approached a young lady named Hannah and asked her and she was so helpful. Even helped guide me with some lights for my garden. I recommend this branch and it's staff just going off how great Hannah was.

Horrible customer service at Wickes!
I bought 3 radiators online through trader, my wife paid with PayPal. We decided to return one to the Bury Wickes store for a refund, but no refund is available at the Wickes till. Instead of a refund they gave me a number (0330 123 4123) told me to ask them for a refund!
Agreed a refund on the phone but because it was purchased through a trader using PayPal they won’t give refund! Although they accepted the return and kept my radiator!
It’s been a month now but Wickes won’t refund back to original PayPal account!

Our first visit was to have a look around. Jenny D approached us and could not have been more helpful. Her bubbly personality and down to earth approach stopped us ordering our bathroom from the first place we looked. Her knowledge was on point and was incredibly helpful.

I was served with great manners and respect. Also I was served very fast. Thank you and I will be back some time soon.

I went shopping in my local wickes on Wednesday never been in before always used the competition. What a friendly store. I was first greeted by Sue on the till who was cheerful and said hello. I could not find what I was looking for and I asked Sue who was lovely and showed me to what I needed. I will definitely go into store again
