Wickes - Bury St Edmunds Reviews 

I’ve been thinking about re-doing my bathroom and kitchen. I was just having a look around, getting some ideas, Yasmin was really knowledgable on worktops and helping me pick what to get. I can’t wait to start the project! Will be returning!

Brad at Wickes in Bury St Edmunds was an absolute rock star!!! He helped me on 2 occasions with some seriously heavy cement pavers. He also went above and beyond and looked up which sand I needed for my patio project. Brad is Such a great asset to Wickes! He made my experience on both occasions a dream- that’s why I keep coming back. Thank you Brad !!!

Yasmin was very helpful finding my bathroom refurb items. Great value from the in-stock range and available when I needed them. If you could have some bathroom/shower panelling in stock in the most common white/marble colours that would be a great addition as it will save me a trip elsewhere.

Bradley was excellent, helped me load my car with gravel and did it all with a smile, thanks Bradley!

I can't thank Aaron W enough for the help he gave me. I came in with questions about pipe sizes and connectors and he took real time out of his day to walk me through everything, patiently explaining my options and helping me land on the right solution. His product knowledge was seriously impressive, and he was polite and easy to talk to the whole time. It's rare to get this level of service — Wickes is lucky to have him. Highly recommend asking for Aaron if you need advice in-store!

Megun was very accomodating, she listened to what i wanted and was great with the dogs!

We had Robert Andrews as our Design Consultant and he was excellent. Went above and beyond expectations. If we’re honest - he made the difference between staying with Wickes and an alternative provider. Polite, knowledgeable, professional and approachable. Excellent communication skills, and provided thoughtful advice whilst being respectful of our taste. Wickes had a far superior range in store and just felt premium. Would definitely recommend!

Robbie was a great help with the sheet materials and step ladders.
Helping me choose the right one , he was very well spoken and down to earth when it came to the purchase, with service like this I may have to switch from my local to bury st Edmund’s.

We reached out to our local Wickes store to seek some support from their community fund to assist us with an outdoor play project at our local primary school. Jasmine was great! She was really obliging to help and her communication was timely and personable. Thank you.

Lack of communication from Bury St Edmunds store, Design Consultant and manager. Emails from manager stating he will phone you between certain times and doesn't to resolve a complaint. The complaint team followed items up only to be let down by the store. A new store in a new town I thought would want to improve business not drive it away. I feel Wickes don't take customer service or complaints seriously.

Great new store. Always so clean and tidy. Staff on hand and happy to help as needed with my enquiries.
