Just before appointment time i had recived a masage about cencilationtion and ask for a picter of my kitchen.

Have had a few deliveries recently and have had the same crew each time - great guys, always friendly and helpful

A wonderful member of the Wickes team in Catford, called Makai, helped me with an order.

Very good advice and competent service, from a member of staff named Milton at Wickes in Catford. I can't find any fault.
I was given professional information and advice regarding my purchases which made me feel that I made the correct choices.

Adam g was a really good help on both our visits. Made it very helpful and very smooth.

Got a call before arrival as expected. Cheery delivery from nice friendly blokes.

Terrible experience from start to finish - from being misled on cost, deliveries all being wrong, and the job being left incomplete.

Wickes team advised that the 6k I paid for the bathroom items included fitting charges and I should expect c. 1.5k of extra charges for tiling and plastering. The fitters then said it would be £5k. After 2 days and smashing my entire bathroom out they doubled this to £10k. Wickes ignored all emails about the charging.

Despite having paid for my sink Wickes contacted me just before my delivery date to say it was out of stock. When my delivery came one working day before my fitter was due to come Wickes forgot to send the new sink and forgot to send the toilet.

Wickes installation charged me £250 to take my towel rack off the wall and put it back on again. Since they did so it doesn't work and doesn't heat up - they refuse to do anything about this unless I pay another 250 pounds.

Strongly recommend you avoid - terrible customer service.

George Carter Allen was fantastic through the process. Really collaborative and helpful with all questions and queuries. Enjoyed working with him to get the best bathroom possible in our budget, even with some very particular requests from our side.

Excellent deliveries, will order again. Drivers are helpful, leave large deliveries in porch.

I generally find it quite difficult to get assistance when I visit the Wickes store in Catford, but my latest experience was completely different thanks to Milton.

Milton provided truly exceptional customer service and was a tremendous help to us during our visit . His proactive attitude and genuine desire to deliver a great service, Something I had not experienced on previous visits made all the difference.

Following the recent renovation of our bathroom we found all the staff we encountered at Wickes to be friendly and helpful. In particular we would like to thank George Carter-Allen, Design Consultant at Wickes Catford Branch, for his considerable help, undoubted expertise and going the extra mile for us I.r.o. this project. Shane in the Catford branch was brilliant. Friendly and helpful, checked the quality of everything as he loaded it into my car for me. My visit was quick and efficient.

Great experience from start to finish.
Made order online for fencing, picked my date for delivery. Communication of delivery times was great. Delivery drivers arrived with delivery on time and took great care with my order. No issues or problems. I’m a happy customer.

Was in the shop on Wednesday and I would like to applaud shane. He was very helpful,provided me with all the information I needed on products and also directed me towards it. I will most definitely continue buying from yourselves!

Went to this Wickes store in Catford by chance and needed assistance. Without hesitation I was served by Mags; assisted by Levi who was very knowledgeable and guided me with the correct items I needed. Ben assisted me with valuable advice about my order and delivery details to completion. Received our delivery the next day; again the delivery driver was very friendly polite and assisted with the delivery. The customer experience I received from the whole team collectively will see me return for future purchases.
