After a very poor experiance with main Wickes customer service the team in store have helped us various times in this process to help resolve it and went above and beyond to help us sort this while we were in store.
Cannot fault the staff at this branch in any way. Big shout out to Fi, Callum and Carina for their excellent customer service, dedication and transparency in the whole situation. Team members like them and im sure others in the branch are the best representation the company could ask for.

Me and my husband booked a design appointment to get a rough idea of how much our en-suite in our new house would cost. We wanted to have an idea so we could start saving now and exploring options. As soon as we said we didn’t have the keys yet the designer wasn’t interested and tried to send us away. Reluctantly he did start to design the room after we insisted we knew the measurements and had an idea of what we liked. The appointment just felt like a waste of time as he didn’t ask what we were after and he did not seem interested as he knew we weren’t going to be making any decisions that day. Safe to say we will not be going back when the time comes. We ended up going to another shop who actually took us seriously and will be going there when we are ready.

Tyrone is great, he listened to what I wanted and took the time to go through different options so I could make the right choice. I felt comfortable with Tyrone straight, it was like talking to a friend over a coffee. I’m looking forward to placing my order

Nightmare from start to finish!
Went to Wickes and spent time with a bathroom designer. Picked out what we wanted and it was ordered for us.
Given a date and a time scale of 2-3 weeks.
The start date was delayed 7 times, over 2 weeks.
It then took over 7 weeks to be finished. The sink was faulty so had to be replaced.
Damage to my ceiling, banister, door frame and hallway.
Wickes have offered £400 as compensation when that doesn't even start to cover the cost to have the repair work done.
I have been ignored time after time. They do not get back to you when they say they will.
Avoid Wickes at all costs!!

Wickes obviously got in touch after writing this and request pictures of the damage to my house. I sent them over and that was it. Still no help and no replies. Will never use them again.

Perfect click & collect service. I ordered goods & expected to collect same day. One item was out of stock (store folk thought there was stock). Phoned me to say the item was out of stock & they would refund that, or cancel the whole order. I asked if the item was on order and after consulting the system I was informed it would be in the following day. Sure enough, the item came in, the rest of the order was assembled & I got a text saying it was ready for collection. Terry even had the stuff on a trolley ready for me to wheel away! GREAT customer service, thank you Wickes Chatham

Ordered new kitchen from Wickes, Vivienne our designer was great, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Joshua our coordinator kept us updated at all times. Kitchen was installed by Andrew Godfrey ltd and to say Andy & Chris did a fantastic job is an understatement. We were on holiday during the fitting and Andy kept us updated via text and photos on a daily basis. Andy finished in double quick time with all completed to an exceptionably high standard before we returned. Andy respected our home and our neighbours and left everything clean, neat and tidy.
Overall experience exceptional service!! (even with an early hiccup not Wickes fault)

Have visited a coupke of times recently and found the staff there extremely helpful. Today I realised I had bought the wrong colour fence paint but did not have a receipt. They managed to find my purchase details and kindly refunded towards a new purchase. A very helpful menber if staff carried the extremely heavy purchase to the car for me. I found prices competitive and would definitely recommend the store.
