Ordered new kitchen from Wickes, Vivienne our designer was great, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Joshua our coordinator kept us updated at all times. Kitchen was installed by Andrew Godfrey ltd and to say Andy & Chris did a fantastic job is an understatement. We were on holiday during the fitting and Andy kept us updated via text and photos on a daily basis. Andy finished in double quick time with all completed to an exceptionably high standard before we returned. Andy respected our home and our neighbours and left everything clean, neat and tidy.
Overall experience exceptional service!! (even with an early hiccup not Wickes fault)

Great staff. Sorted price discrepancy quickly and politely. I used to go to the Maidstone store but always use Chatham now even though it’s slightly further away. Good parking and easy access.

Amazing customer service, went beyond her job to help rectify traders account and get the order through. Can’t ask for better customer service really.

Have visited a coupke of times recently and found the staff there extremely helpful. Today I realised I had bought the wrong colour fence paint but did not have a receipt. They managed to find my purchase details and kindly refunded towards a new purchase. A very helpful menber if staff carried the extremely heavy purchase to the car for me. I found prices competitive and would definitely recommend the store.

Kitchen designer Vivienne, survey and input brilliant.
Then, unable to purchase tiles for agreed kitchen design (full purchase price paid at this time as per Wickes terms and conditions) as out of stock, nearest shop 11 miles for collection.
First fitter sent to survey no interest, no reply to emails or messages.
Complaint made to Wickes, no reply.
Shop visit, second fitter Paul E sent, brilliant.
50 days after installation minor fault with Wickes product appeared.
Claim made on warranty . 11 emails to Customer Service and 3 to Customer Relations complaining about Customer Service lead to replacement of faulty draw front, twice, as first damaged.
Totally let down by after sales service.

We recently purchased a bespoke kitchen with Wickes in Chatham and the sales advisor Ash was brilliant! Always willing to help with our constant amendments to the order and answering all our questions no matter how many we asked him.
He is a credit to Wickes.

The new kitchen we bought and had fitted by wickes best fitter( in my opinion) was amazing from the start.From the buying to the fitting was easy,well organised and all the people involved were friendly and helpfull. The fitter (Andrew Godfrey) was brilliant.He worked really hard and just 2 days later the job was finished to a very high standard.his attention to detail was great and his expertise was even better.I would highly recommend Wickes and their team to give you a great experience. Ask for Andrew to fit it for you!

We recently had our bathroom revamped by Wickes Chatham, including a new shower and tiles, and the result is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

The builders were equally impressive, delivering excellent work to a very high standard. They were professional, efficient, and left the space spotless. The quality of the installation, from the sleek new shower to the beautifully laid tiles, has completely transformed our bathroom.

Overall, we’re thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t be happier with the service from Wickes Chatham. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality bathroom renovation!

Ash at the Chatham store was beyond helpful. He was patient, understanding and incredibly insightful when it came to designing my kitchen. He knew exactly what to do and happily let me experiment with multiple options until I was happy with the design

I visited not completely sure if what I needed. Terry could see I was unsure. Asked what I was looking for quickly identified and pointed out what I needed and went off to get me a trolley where he loaded into my stuff into. He was helpful and professional and I was in and out in 10 minutes. A credit to your organisation and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

I brought and paid up front for a kitchen to be fitted by Wickes, there are 16 issues including holes left in the outside of units where holes were drilled. rubbish left in the garden, holes left in walls kitchen top all in parts like a jigsaw, skirting boards out of line. I have been emailing and phoning for 10 months and nothing has been done, the fitter asked for more money on final day which was more than quoted my wife paid as I was out, they will not give me a list of the so called extra works.

Bought a pack of skirting boards online from Wickes and delivered by a courier as item comes from a 3rd party, They are the wrong ones that my builder ordered. I tried returning to my local store but was told that they won't accept online orders for returns and was to contact customer services, which i did 4 times now, been told something different each time but today after being on hold for 30 mins I've been told that I must wait up to 14 days for the 3rd party to contact me to get my item collected but if in that time the item gets damaged in anyway I won't receive my refund, now this is a pack of 4.2 meter skirting boards, we are having building works in the house so no safe place to keep it, so I told her that the only place is in the garden, I was then told again that if it's not received in the same condition as it was delivered then I won't get my refund. I was then told to return it back to the chatham store where I originally took it and was told they won't accept it. This is totally unacceptable from a company like Wickes, I had to hire a van to take the skirting back 1st time, I'm certainly not doing it for a second time. But if I don't I stand a good chance my refund won't take place so I'm stuck.
I will never use Wickes again as the customer services is dreadful, now looks like I've lost £120, cos they dont care at all.
