I was given a Wickes gift card for Fathers Day
I was given a Wickes gift card for Fathers Day as I wanted to buy a Bosch electric saw. The gift card can‘t be used for online purchases so you have to visit a store to buy the product. But with an online purchase of a Bosch saw, a free charger and battery worth £53 is offered. This offer is not available for in-store purchases, so having a Wickes gift card means I did not get the free charger and battery.
The process of buying the saw in the store was poor, the assistant did seem to know how to process the transaction and told me the card had a zero balance. I had to request a manager to intervene and process the transaction correctly

Went into store this morning to buy…tiles
Went into store this morning to buy some tiles, I had no chance of managing it myself as I was with my baby. I was served by Jake who was really friendly and incredibly helpful. It’s great to have a friendly and helpful store in town.

Bought some tiles this morning, realised they were too heavy for the car and would have to order online. Very nice helpful young man instore helped us place the order in store. Very appreciated as would have had to do that myself at home.
