Great experience and knowledgeable staff
We are really impressed with the speed with which everything has happened - as well as the organisation and knowledge of the person who looked after us - Aaron Bernstein. He came to visit our house to size up our bathroom one afternoon - one working day later we were able to go and view our lovely bathroom that he had designed. He put lots of care into it and answered every question we had. Our bathroom is now ready to build - but every part that Aaron could have helped with he did.

Yvonne is a gem
Second visit to the Chesham store recently and both times have been served by the lovely Yvonne.
So rare to get friendly and helpful advice. Yvonne took her time to ensure I had the correct product for me. Explaining about paint odours and durability.
Great service, easy to shop and park. Close to town.
