Top notch.
We have never had any problems with Wickes over the years. All items we needed we have always purchased at Wickes, if we needed help the staff are top notch, polite , friendly, and always willing to help. Also best of all we have a little dachshund and we know she is always welcomed!!!! We do not go to the local DIY store for that reason !!!! We purposely shop at Wickes because of the service we get & the quality of the goods. 10/10 & we are in no way connected to Wickes or members of staff, this is just genuine opinions from a member of the public.

After trying to order on line I gave up because it said my password was wrong. I tried to get another password but Wickes never sent me another application. by email or phone. I had to drive to Christchurch and order manually. I thought £35 delivery was a bit steep, but the goods arrived on time on a pallet so I was quite pleased.

First class service
I called at the Christchurch store to buy some 4x2 timber. A member of staff was working in the area who helped with a couple of queries I had in a very friendly manner. I then went to the desk to arrange delivery which i was pleased to find could be the next day. The wood duly arrived on time and overall I am very happy with the whole process. In particular I had a fall on the pavement outside my house during the delivery and the driver was extremely helpful in assisting me back inside and offered to wait until my wife returned from walking the dog. I did not need him to wait but was very grateful for his efforts and if it is possible to find out who it was I would very much like to express my appreciation for his concern. He is a credit to your company and I'd like him to know he has my sincere thanks
