Brilliant service from the kitchen team! Experienced and friendly throughout and our designer, Katrina, was excellent with suggestions for our space. The offer on the kitchens was amazing too.
Would 100% recommend!

We are really disappointed with Wickes, had them out for design of our bathroom which was fine. Follow up appointment was also fine selecting the goods we wanted. 3 hours later given a price which again was fine, advised the best way to move forward was with finance with a 20% deposit which we were happy with. Finance was declined, so hence the whole amount including fitting had to be paid up front, even though there was five months to wait. Sorry no, we would have no come back if back as no guarantee of workmanship or delivery.
Basically then they didn’t want to know us and destroyed all of our choices from the folder, definitely won’t be returning. This bathroom was over £15000 which we didn’t need finance for, but also didn’t want to pay full amount up front with no guarantee.

We've had our kitchen and shower rooms designed and installed, as well as purchased a number of individual inits. The design service has been excellent and the products have lasted well. Will use them for future projects.

Bought some bulky timber today and delivery was only £4. Also their website was not crammed full of products they dont stock like B&Q, where i can never find what is actually in their shop so I now never visit.
Since switching to Wickes have never had a problem and it is usually cheaper. Never usually leave a review but am damned impressed

The service Matt Burridge gave me was really so good. He was polite, attentive, helpful, friendly, honest... all one could need. He made every effort to go the extra mile to help a customer, even measuring the height of my old (broken and rusty) ladder for comparison. Thank you very much Matt!

Paul Roberts designed our amazing Wickes kitchen 2 years ago. We were lucky enough to get him back to design our bathroom. He is great at thinking outside the box and has come up trumps again by designing our bathroom exactly how I want it. His knowledge at looking at our space and sizings is spot on and very professional. I am looking forward to seeing the end product.

I highly recommend Charmaine at the Christchurch branch for her exceptional service. Although we were unable to proceed with our kitchen purchase due to financing, the support she provided was outstanding.
Charmaine visited our home to get a true feel for the space and spent a great deal of time helping us plan the layout. She was incredibly patient while guiding us through various fittings and finishes, ensuring every detail met our requirements. Her expertise made a daunting process feel simple and we are very grateful for her professional, friendly approach.

Louise has done our kitchen design. We were happy from her first visit in our flat. She listened our ideas and tried to make it them happen as many as possible. If there was a problem she gave us other ideas and advice . She has done first design very quickly and we were very happy with it. At second appointment in store Louise answered all our questions and made some alterations we did not spoke at first visit. Louise also offered us that when we start fitting new kitchens in the future, she can help if there is any problems. So far we are very happy.

Lou at Wickes Christchurch helped tremendously designing our new kitchen and bathroom.
Lou is very knowledgable regarding the products available and made good suggestions throughout the process.
She was very patient with us when changes and revisions were suggested.
Lou made a home visit to check out dimensions and provide good ideas for the design.

Good amount of stock all really well laid out and we'll organised. And as for Bonnie, she is such an asset to your company, as it was her lunch break she went far and beyond to help and assist a real diy novice. Kevin from Christchurch did a wonderful kitchen installation a couple of years ago. We have been so happy with this that we having Wickes design and install our new bathroom.

We had been to a few other kitchen showrooms first. One was very attentive and the second didn't seem overly bothered about assisting us with a design and potential purchase of a kitchen. Our last port of call for the day was Wickes (Christchurch). We asked if we could book an appointment for a design and although there wasn't much time left in the day, a very friendly lady (Charmaine) offered to help there and then. Charmaine was very attentive and listened to what we wanted and designed accordingly. She was not pushy at all and showed us all options from cheaper to more expensive without any motive of trying to make more from us. We left happy with a design and approximate price. Later in the week Charmaine came to our property to check the measurements we provided and was happy that the design would work, which it did with a few tweaks. We then returned on the 9th to finalise and make any last minute adjustments. After going through the payment options we picked the one that felt right to us and purchased the kitchen. Throughout the entire process Charmaine was friendly, professional and not at all pushy and we would not hesitate to refer Wickes Christchurch/Charmaine to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

When organising a new kitchen we visited three well known firms for ideas. Wickes were head and shoulders above the others in both quality of service and cost. Louise Ingram, at Christchurch, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and she really listened to what we wanted. She incorporated our ideas but improved them with suggestions made from experience, and oversaw the whole process, always available if we needed any extra information or help. Nigel, the fitter we were allocated, was also excellent. Our kitchen is large and needed some bespoke adjustments so there was a lot to do, yet the process was faster, cleaner and far less stressful than we had anticipated and the work was carried out extremely professionally. The cupboards, drawers and worksurfaces (oak and Dekton) supplied by Wickes are of excellent quality and the finished kitchen not only looks stunning, but also works perfectly. We are delighted with it and would thoroughly recommend the design process, the fitting and the kitchen supplied.

Laura has made choosing a new bathroom so easy and she worked really hard to get everything I wanted to fit! I am so pleased and she was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much
