Wickes - Cirencester Reviews 

I visited my local Wickes in order to see if I could order a matching kitchen end panel and a kick board. Chris is the kitchen department was extremely helpful and was able to find both pieces required, which are an exact match to my kitchen. I used this store quite often and Chris went the extra mile to help me and exceeded my expectations. Many thanks 🙏👏🙏

Raiza was extremely good to deal with. She had incredibly knowledgeable grasp of detail and was skilled at anticipating our questions but importantly, she had a warm and reassuring manner.

I placed a click and collect order online for Cirencester store and was really impressed with how quick and easy it was. My order was ready in no time, and when I went to the shop a very polite young man called Tom helped me. He took my PIN number and handed me my logs straight away. The whole process was simple, smooth, and stress-free – I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it all was! I will definitely place an order like this again

I went to the store some time ago and the till operator keyed a receipt was not required by mistake, and trying to get a replacement has been impossible. Customer services appears to be 1 person
since then I have sent around 20 emails and have zero help despite cistomer services getting involed on the comment below

I recently applied for a community donation from Wickes - a Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer - for ‘Helping The Community Of Malmesbury’. We’re a local group dedicated to keeping the town clean, litter-free, and tackling overgrown hedges.

Marie from the Cirencester branch responded within a day to let me know the application had been successful. When I went to collect the trimmer, the staff were fantastic and even took a photo for the Community Donation board in-store.

A huge thank you to Marie for her quick response and to Wickes for their support - I’d highly recommend them!

I want to say a big thank you to Nicky at Wickes in Cirencester. My wife sent me in to pick something up, and I had no idea what I was looking for or where to start. I just explained to Nicky what my wife needed and what it was for, and she immediately knew exactly what he meant. She took me straight to it and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. What could have been a really difficult job was made so easy thanks to her. Thank you so much, Nicky — you were a lifesaver!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Nicky and Marie at the Wickes store in Cirencester. They always brighten up my day whenever I come in — full of banter, laughter, and positivity. They never fail to go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I need, and I always leave the store in a happy mood because of them. They’re an absolute credit to Wickes — a brilliant couple of lovely ladies!

The lady on the till on Saturday morning was so helpful she saved me ages by telling where the items I was looking for. She seemed to know where everything was. Hats off to her. Also had a laugh with her when we went through the till. Every shop needs this happy lady.

The whole process from start to finish was first class. Steve Butt (Cirencester) the designer consultant listened carefully and his design catered for all our requirements. This was a tricky job in a loft space. On the installation side Simon, and all the team at Red Dragon Construction, worked really hard to produce an amazing bathroom in a short space of time. Special thanks to Ciprien who did the building work - he was always cheerful and responsive and he communicated well at all times: the standard of finish was excellent and it far exceeded our hopes. The team were organised and ensured everything went smoothly, and they always gave great advice and service. I would highly recommend Simon and Red Dragon for any future bathroom installations.

Me and my daughter needed items for the repair man. We had a list but didn't even know what some things were!
We needed someone to help, and straight away found Gage. He was brilliant, patiently listened, showed us where things were and the different options we had. Outstanding customer service!

Raiza came to our new home and measured up for a new kitchen. We told her what we wanted in our small space and she went away and designed a kitchen that included everything we’d asked for. Raiza was as also very helpful when it came to choosing flooring, tiles and all the other extras.
Will was our fitter, he was excellent from the start, there was nowhere to have a skip at our property so he took the rubbish away everyday and left our home clean and tidy at the end of each day. He organised the other trades needed at precisely the correct time and always consulted us about the way we wanted things to be. We are delighted with our kitchen and would definitely recommend Raiza and Will to any future clients.
