Absolutely outstanding service from Selma at Wickes. She helped us design and order our new kitchen and her patience knew no bounds as we chopped and changed our minds about so many different things.
She came up with a great design, many ideas and solutions along the way which we would have had no idea about.
Selma was always prompt in returning calls and e mails and was also very accommodating with appointment times.
Selma made designing and ordering our new kitchen a really pleasant experience and we can’t thank her enough.

Having never been through the process of getting a new kitchen fitted before I was slightly apprehensive but Molly put me completely at ease with her friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner. She was able to answer all my questions and took the time to help us create our new kitchen.

Molly has helped design both my bathroom and kitchen and has been excellent on both occasions. She has made design recommendations when I have overlooked key elements, has taken the time to walk through different choices and ideas and been patient with my indecision! We had a really wonderful experience designing and booking our new bathroom with Molly (Molly Hooley). She was so professional from the initial call, to in person design meeting to the virtual booking and helped us with different options and absolutely no pressure.

Wickes has been amazing from the minute we contacted them to design our kitchen. The initial call is very helpful to understand the things to consider for a new kitchen and immediately we were assigned to our designer (Molly).
She has been amazing and very supportive in the whole process and also very comprehensive towards all of our changes. We would 100% recommend Molly!

I had my bathroom fitted with Wickes and I absolutely love it! Molly my designer was brilliant, she was great through each stage of the process - coming out to measure up my bathroom, having a couple of design meetings to finalise all the finishes, and talking me through what each stage of the process would be like. It’s not everyday you get such a big piece of work done, so it’s great to have someone clearly explain all the steps. My installer was also super friendly and really efficient. So happy with my new bathroom!
