Wickes - Crewe Reviews 

Well what can I say Dean from the crewe store went above and beyond for me today. I ordered a replacement led bulb to be delivered in 3hrs which it was. But unfortunately the starter was damaged. I contacted the crewe store for a replacement for the replacement. Unfortunately crewe had none in stock. But Dean drove to the Tunstall store and collected a replacement and delivered it in person after he had finished work this evening. The best customer service ive ever received 🙌 👌 👏

Wow what great customer service we have received at Wickes in Crewe. Doug helped us design our kitchen and it's absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend going to Wickes for your kitchen and specifically Doug to help you out.

Doug was great! He was really informed, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Recently had a kitchen from Wickes in Crewe.
From the first time we went in we were helped by Dean who then introduced us to Andy.
We sat down with Andy and he was so helpful from the start especially as it was years ago since our last kitchen.
He put us at ease , the designs were amazing and nothing was to much trouble for him.
It's all fitted now and it is FANTASTIC....beyond what we could ever have imagined.
Cannot thank Andy enough from design to finish and to Dean for all of his help throughout.
They are an absolute credit to Wickes and would recommend anyone to use Crewe (as we have already done).

From the moment I walked into the store to look around to the final completion and handover of my new kitchen, the process was incredibly easy and relatively painless (disruption whilst work goes on is always uncomfortable).
Andy Critchley was efficient in coming to view the apartment and measure up; and very patient as I looked at different styles and choices before deciding on the final design.
The company maintained contact regarding the delivery of the materials, and prompt in delivering on the date and at the time they had scheduled with me.
But the highest praise has to go to father and son duo, Andy and Ethan Cain, of AC Property Enhancements who did the work. They were thorough in their pre-project site visits and were honest in outlining possible pitfalls and problems (none of them materialised!).
When carrying out the work they were incredibly mindful that it was an apartment and neighbours might be inconvenienced. They kept noise to an absolute minimum; they maintained a very tidy environment (inside and out); and had a keen eye to get it just right. I was honestly bowled over by the finished result! I can’t recommend them and Wickes highly enough.

I honestly cant praise dean and Doug enough! Dean is the store manager and he helped us price up a kitchen that we had designed at a different place, he took the time to sit with us and go through everything. Doug is the designer and when he arrived he helped the best he could before he had a client in and when finished with his client he quickly designed our kitchen for us before his next client arrived.

10/10 would recommend!

Our experience with the design team was amazing. Max Hardy was always on hand to solve any query and answer any questions. I would highly recommend working with Max to design your kitchen.

Our bathroom project was perfect from start to finish..Max Hardy in sales was invaluable with planning and his customer service was outstanding..first class service.

A great store and the staff are very helpful and friendly. On one occasion helped me locate my lost keys in store. Would definitely recommend.

We went back to Andrew Critchley at Crewe for a new kitchen after he did a brilliant job on our en suite. Andrew produced a great design and was very patient and accommodating through the changes we made on colour and worktops …Thank you!

If we could give Andy Cain and Ethan the fitters 10 stars we would. They carried out some building work as part of the new kitchen to create an open plan kitchen diner, Andy Cain project managed all the resources required which meant that everything went smoothly. Andy also gave some very good advice on several aspects of the kitchen/diner and we are so glad we listened to him.
Ethan made sure that no dust went through to the rest of the house while the building work was carried out ..everyday the area was hoovered … even the drive when any work was done outside.
Ethan works so very hard and his standard of workmanship is exceptional, from his attention to detail through to the finish. We cannot recommend Andy and Ethan highly enough.

While we did have an issue with a faulty appliance soon after the installation we would also like to thank Glenn and Ash from the post installation team for their work in helping to resolve the issue.

We knew about the Wickes Community Programme which exists to provide support for local groups, so we applied, asking for some plywood to use in the Crewe Clean Team swift box project. The application process was very simple and we received a very quick - and positive! - response. Manager James was very helpful and sorted out the order within a few days. The generous donation will mean that we can continue to keep all aspects of the swift box project within Crewe. Thank you.

Excellent service from James spoke to him on the phone and was very polite and friendly helped arrange delivery and went above and beyond to help me out , a really credit to the crewe store and the wickes group

From the kitchen designer, Andrew Critchley right through to the fitters Andy and Ethan Cain, we could not fault anything.

The fitters arrived promptly everyday, and did not leave until the days work was done. They were so professional and their workmanship was 100%. In fact we would describe them as perfectionist's. The skills of Ethan are amazing. They were extremely clean and left everything spotless before they went home. Everyday, before they left they described in full what they would be doing the following day.

We would 100% recommend Andrew Critchley for the excellent design and Andy and Ethan Cain for the installation. We are really pleased with our new kitchen diner, and everyone who has seen it, say "WOW"

UPDATE on DISCRACEFUL WAY FOR A COMPANY TO OPERATE!!! Now 6 months!..and my neighbour is still cooking on a camping stove in his garden...as WICKES have still not returned to complete his kitchen installation....left a half installed kitchen ..with no running water...and no cooking facillities!

Incredible service from all the wickes staff in crewe. Esp Ken, Val, Lindsey and Georgie and others that i dont know their names. Love them all in crewe store as they really been so helpful to me in my mammoth task of renovation. Thank you so so much to all of u.

Always had a great experience at this (Crewe) store over the years with good friendly Staff. The reason I find myself writing this review is due to unfortunate circumstances where I misplaced my Wallet. What can I say, I tracked it down to being at the Store and was very fortunate that staff had found the wallet with all contents still in tact. Much appreciated and returned with a smile.

Called into Wickes in Crewe. We were looking for building supplies but unsure where to find them and what exactly we needed.
Well that was quickly sorted thanks to Dean. He helped us with what we needed.
So helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble.
First time going to the Crewe branch but definitely not the last.
Thanks Dean for all of your help and patience.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would! Wickes should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.....5 months ago they partly installed a new kitchen for one of my neighbours...there was a problem with some of the parts....which a reputable/professional company should have been able to sort out within a few weeks at most!.....Instead they have KNOWINGLY left my neighbours with a part fitted kitchen...with both N0 RUNNING WATER or COOKING facilties for 5 Months! Disgusting way to operate....

We were advised by Andy Critchley,who managed to squeeze us into his very busy day!He was absolutely brilliant!He explained every part of the process clearly and advised us on all the options we had.He was extremely quick and efficient,but even had time to offer us a coffee!He then followed up the next day with a home visit to confirm the measurements,then returned to the store and managed to find the perfect delivery date for us!I will have no hesitation in recommending,Andy and Wickes to my friends and family.Cheers

Right from the initial contact Doug in the Crewe branch was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. He kept in contact with me via text to ensure that everything had happened when it should have. I would have no hesitation in recommending Doug and Wickes for anyone looking for a new kitchen. Once again many thanks for a job well done.
