The appointment for a kitchen design was cancelled at last minute with a promise of getting back to me with a new time and date. Total silence since. Not intending to try again. Very poor.

An outstanding service by Sabir and his team. So much so that we’d like to keep them for ourselves but Wickes got there first.
Sabir took us through due diligence, supported the clean up activities where Wickes Customer Service did not and took absolutely care through the installation process. 10/10 for all his efforts and their dedication to the job.

I bought two bathroom suites from Wickes in January 2025. The shower in one of them has recently developed a fault - the shower head leaks from the sides. No problem, I thought, we have a two-year warranty.
Wickes, however, told me that I had to refer my issue to the manufacturer, Mira Showers. I did so and they told me that they classify the shower head as a 'fitting' and so it has only a one-year warranty - now lapsed - and I would have to buy a new one (£105.65) (and pay someone on top of that to have it installed, I suppose).
So, beware. That two-year warranty may be as leaky as the showers they sell you.

I ordered a delivery of paint from Merton branch of Wickes, Cricklewood was the store that delivered to me in Oxford Street. The staff at Merton was very helpful, Craig and John were a delight. Delivery was via Cricklewood, the driver, Mr Chris was exceptional. Polite, friendly. Great customer service

My experience with Wickes has been horrible from beginning to end:
- The designer measured things incorrectly and ordered maybe 50% of the material that was actually needed, including clear oversights such as only ordering 2 wastes for 2 basins and a bathtub, or ordering a radiator without valves.
- The order was split across 5 or 7 deliveries, which Wickes do not update you about. There is no telling when things will arrive, what it will be, or whether you will be told about the delivery at all. A week into the installation, we were still finding out about missing deliveries and chasing lost items. Wickes refuse any responsibility for this, because, "The item comes from a supplier." Yes, but I gave my money to Wickes. Wickes is responsible for the delivery and installation of my bathroom. Why do I have to call a customer support number to find out that a supplier delivered something to a pickup point without informing anyone?
- Approximately 30% of the tiles arrived damaged and unusable. Two days and four phone calls later, I still have no idea whether I will ever receive replacements.
- Bottom line, having your bathroom done by Wickes is more effort and more stress than just doing it yourself. Unbelievable.

Wickes in Cricklewood have an unfortunate situation in that the landowners have imposed on them a parking control firm (G24) who by design or accident will give you a parking ticket if you go to the store more than once in a day (ie they pretend you were there for hours, when you weren't). We got the ticket too late to appeal it, the parking people sent it straight to debt collectors who wouldn't discuss it, and it looked like that was that. However Wickes Customer Service intervened and got them to cancel the ticket. They didn't need to do that, but they did. I shall definitely be going there again!

I ordered 2 sheets of MDF online. One got delivered full of scuffs, scrapes and marks. I raised this with the delivery driver, he dismissed me and strolled off into the abyss to his next job. I emailed Wickes customer service with photo evidence, and what followed was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wickes asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement, I responded in 20mins over email to ask for a refund. Wickes then ignored me for several weeks, despite me chasing. This was over Christmas, but to suggest this is an excuse is pathetic. In customer service software you can set up basic email triaging rules such that if someone goes on holiday and an email goes unanswered, the email gets picked up by someone else. Wickes of course haven't bothered to think about this. When the customer service agent got back from her relaxing month-long Christmas sojourn, she emailed me to tell me that the shop that delivered the MDF to me would contact me. They did, I got a call from someone who sounded like he was calling his mate to arrange a Friday night cinema trip. He asked me "when did you first contact Wickes?" I gave him a date, and he said "ok, thanks, bye". What on earth was that? I followed up with Wickes customer services and expressed my disappointment that the issue remained unresolved despite about 10 email interactions and a bizarre phone-call (and over a month had passed). Wickes haven't bothered to respond. Nothing short of truly disgusting treatment. I've raised a card dispute with Natwest, for the handsome sum of £28. Have some decency - without your customers you wouldn't exist.

I had an excellent experience at Wickes in Cricklewood. I had an appointment with Sabry Ali and I would highly recommend his services. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in providing us the best service possible in consulting for a new bathroom. He was incredibly understanding, patient, and very conscious of our budget which made our client experience excellent. I would recommend Wickes and Sabry Ali when consulting.

Booked a home consultation for a new bathroom. Seemed ok at the time but it’s now been a month now and I’ve heard nothing..not even sure how to follow up. Just really bad service and feels like they are disinterested.

Met with a kitchen design consultant at Cricklewood who only gave me 30 mins of my 1 hour appointment claiming he had to rush off to a home visit. He promised to complete the quote, plan and send next day. Nothing ever came

I would really love to have given Wickes five stars for my new bathroom following excellent work by the designer, the dedication of the installer, and the quality of the hardware. But one silly mistake spoilt it all. The main delivery from the store arrived as scheduled, the four others direct from manufacturers were delivered to the wrong address, despite me being in almost daily contact with an apparently impotent Customer Services. A £260 worktop was just dumped outside the wrong address. Despite instructions to get a signature, the courier falsely put my name down as having received it. The occupants later refused delivery of a £500 shower unit which was sent back to the manufacturer. It was unbelievably sent out again to the wrong address and then re-sent back again to the manufacturer. Getting a refund for this and another item took a lot of patience.
