Visited the cricklewood branch. Had a great experience. The lady manager (can not recall her name) was amazing and very helpful. Will definiately be returning to the store.

I first ventured here after having an experience with Wickes sometime ago which to be honest had put me off ever returning! I’m glad I didn’t maintain that view. What a pleasant experience dealing with the staff here, they were so easy to talk to and managed all my questions in a professional manner.(not being someone who is into this stuff - I asked a lot of silly questions and they were very patient and knowledgable providing me with clear guidance and ideas)
They made my experience enjoyable from start to finish. I’ve since had my bathroom refitted with their recommended products and I’m so happy!!
Another room coming up soon and I will definitely be using these guys again!

My favourite Wickes store. As always, really helpful and patient staff when shopping in store & for click & collect. One can tell the store is well managed and maintained.

I was really grateful to have been given some great advice and direction in regards to a last minute project for an timber-based art installation I was designing and making towards the busy end-of-year period.

With a lot of material required involving timber batten, the staff at the Cricklewood branch were very informative and patient with my queries and requests—ensuring I went for the most cost effective option while considering the time I had to treat the material back at my workshop. On their advice, I was also recommend some sealants which were excellent in allowing me to paint some of the sheet material I ordered for outdoor use. Highly recommended and will be back again for future projects.

I purchased Wickes brans paint and during painting realised the quality of paint is very poor and basically was watery and make my walls with horrible conditions,had to returned to Cricklewood brach(original shop where I ordered) after all explaining with providing evidence unfortunately the shop manager too rude and not helpful, called customer service make a complaint and they said they'll call me late which is not happening and my request and complaint been totally ignored. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, WASTING MONET AND TIME.

We were to Wicks Cricklewood to see options for our utility room. We spent 1.5 with Sabry Ali. He was very proficient and had very detailed knowledge of which units there are in their offering that could work well with the space we had. Combined with his creative thinking this allowed us to come up with a design beyond our expectations and also under budget ! In short great service.

I’ve recently discovered “Wicks” while searching for the best kitchens around UK.
The whole experience with Wicks was outstanding so far. Firstly they make an appointment to do a home visit and take the measurements and give you a plan how would you like your kitchen to look like. Sabry Ali was the Design Consultant which he did an excellent job. He made sure to explain to me as a new costumer every single detail how my new kitchen is going to look like, and asking me if I wanna make any changes or suggestions in the kitchen,but honestly I trusted him with the design and he didn't disappoint me, there was nothing in the kitchen design that needed to be changed. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they could deliver my new kitchen.Within 2 weeks time I will have a brand new kitchen, thanks to Wicks and a very big thank you to the very talented Sabry.
Thank you so much , this store will be my goto from now on .

After having a horrible experience attemping to do DIY at home was short on materials and stuck on a few issues. Arrived at Cricklewood branch and was met by well informed staff who went above and beyond to help me find the correct materials- and give advice on my DIY project! Saved me a ton of time and money- can not recommend this branch enough. Store is clean well kept compared to other DIY stores.

We had an amazing design consultant called Sabry Ali. He was very helpful and helped us design our kitchen and put our dreams into reality.

Some will say I must have been mad, but I thought everyone deserves a second chance. Following the extremely disappointing service with my bathroom (no attempt to resolve by wickes) I decided to buy internal doors from them online, thinking that would be straightforward, couldn't possibly be messed up. Oh how wrong I was. After a failed delivery on the first arranged date because doors were damaged the attempted delivery today of six, damaged, badly packed doors (photos if needed). I spoke to their customer service (a lovely Scottish lady whole received some of my frustration) who I later apologised to. In the end I had to go to store for my refund. Store team Cricklewood including manager Madhvi very unprofessional. I hope no one ever experiences the service and aftercare I received, from anyone. DO NOT USE WICKES for you home renovations. There isn't enough space to explain the treatment I've received from this company on both occasions.
