Went to visit the new Dunfermline store, very impressed, bright and open
Feeling with aisles not packed so
Close that only one trolley can get passed. Products are well laid out with a good range to choose, on items that normally not in DIY stores, prices are reasonable. Team
Was very helpful and showed great customer service. Mention to the duty manager Kirsty for making sure checkouts running smoothly, and such positive enthusiasm.

Brilliant man!
Brand new store opened so i went to go and look at paints for my new house( perfect timing) and David P was extremely helpful with helping me choose a few colours as i’m extremely fussy!! Excellent store and fabulous staff!

Assistants very helpful but a product ….(protective gloves designed for protection while using paint stripper) ….. I was looking for was not available.
