David P has made my trips into the store super easy and he has been really helpful and friendly. I’ve been in multiple times a day recently through home renovation purposes and every time he answers any queries with a smile! He went above and beyond to help me with carrying a large heavy item that he could see I was struggling with. Helps diy be a little less daunting, store has good displays to browse at also

I went to Wickes in Dunfermline to pick up a few things, when I went to the checkout I was asked if I would like to open a trade account. Being a tradesmen and having my own business I agree to this. I was guided through the process by the lovley Lisa M who was very helpful in guiding me through the process to get my account up and running.

Once everything was in place, she guided me through the steps in the app to get me up to speed with how it all worked.

Went in to exchange a few things and was served by the lovely Diane who is always so helpful, polite, always get her the same way, a genuine lovely lady. Also would like to add the new shop is lovely and well laid out.

I telephoned wickes Dunfermline, with an enquiry about a specific Part. The Lady called Lisa A who answered my call helped me identify the part I was looking for, checked if she had stock, put the parts aside at customer information, when I. Arrived to collect, it was the same Lady I had previously spoken with. She was very friendly, polite with a happy outgoing personality. Definitely a member of the team wickes should keep hold off.

Lisa A was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgable.

Great service today from Rebecca and Stacy. Choosing the right colour is always such a challenge when there are so many shades to choose from! But their help at the colour mixer and till made it a pleasure rather than a challenge. Tester looks great in situ - we will be back for a much larger pot of paint.

When we decided to get our en-suite and bathroom upgraded, we visited a number of showrooms to see what was available and to look for inspiration. The Wikes showroom At Dunfermline was hands down the best put together showroom we saw. The displays were solid, well put together and used high quality fixtures and fittings.

Then we spoke to Marius who helped us through the process of placing the order. He was professional, friendly and not pushy in the least. He guided our thought process and asked pertinent questions to really get to the bottom of what we needed and wanted. He came to the house to measure up, gave some personal advice and pointed out things we hadn’t considered - helped us appreciate what was possible and where money would be better spent (and also where not).

We had several meetings with Marius as we sharpened up our requirements and we placed the order once we were sure we’d captured everything we wanted. And there’s still flexibility if we decide to change our minds.

Many thanks Marius, you’ve been a pleasure to work with and I’d definitely recommend Wickes Dunfermline and Marius if you’re thinking of making any changes to your home.

Went in late on 2nd January for a single sheet of plywood. Deejay served me and he was absolutely lovely, so pleasant and nice even working late a day after the New Year. He was lovely and when we left we commented even in the car how nice and kind the young guy seemed. Served again today by the same guy and he was still as lovely. Wickes this guy needs a wage increase just for being nice. Thank you I will be back.

I love going to Wickes because you can check online to see what their stock levels before you go. So much better than B&Q that returns a positive result for your search, but invariably says ‘not available in store’. There are also plenty of helpful staff at Wickes, and their prices are competitive.

Went in looking for some things but not entirely sure what would be best, David P came over and helped me out with it all giving me some tips on what was best. Even showed me where to look online for the things not in store.

Diane was very helpful in aiding me in finding what I was looking for and was extremely attentive and polite when serving me.

I needed help with obtaining my discount as the trade pro app was down. With the help of Deejay & Justin who were extremely helpful & professional it was sorted out in store quickly and I left the store a happy customer .

Went to Wickes for the first time and Stacey was there to help me and my partner. She was amazing and helped with every single thing. Even the things she didn’t knew, she searched about them asked around with colleagues but made sure we had the seamless experience. This kind of customer service definitely deserves a great review. We forgot one of the things after billing and returned about a week after, Stacey had put a lil note on it and without any hassle, we got the stuff. Would definitely go there again especially the days she’s working.
